Reminders
Next week, we will be celebrating an all-school Mass on Wednesday AND Friday. After Friday’s Mass, the 2nd
grade students will help us celebrate the lives of the saints with our annual All Saints Day Pageant.
Morning Drop-Off: Please note that supervision does not begin until 8:20AM. If you child is on campus before
that time, they will be sent to the AM/PM Program and you will be charged. We want all of our children to be
safe and accounted for in the morning. Thank you!
Please continue to support our on-going fundraisers- Scrip and Box Tops 4 Education. Scrip orders are due Monday morning at 9AM for a Wednesday delivery.
Mrs. Asaro is looking for parent volunteers to coach our Academic Decathlon team. If you are interested in
helping Junior High students study for this Diocesan event, please email her at [email protected].
The English Masses in our parish need altar servers. Any student in grades 3-8 who has received his/her 1st Communion may serve. Please contact Debbie LaGrange at 760-801-7806 if your child is interested.

We are well on our way to the start of the Saint Mary Gala! Thank you to all who have purchased your Gala tickets.
If you have not purchased your tickets, there is still time! Early bird special ends NOVEMBER 11th! The ticket order form is on the back of this letter.
Ticket prices include an amazing dinner, silent and live auctions, music and entertainment all night long!!! Photo
Booth, Children’s Art Gallery and a chance to win cash if you buy an Opportunity Draw Down Ticket! Only 250
tickets will be sold for the Draw Down Opportunity drawing, so your chances of winning are great! Don’t forget you
can use it as a tax write-off as well. We need to sell more Draw Down Tickets so please ask your friends and family
to see if they would like to purchase a ticket! This year we are also having a $1.00 raffle. Each person will have the
opportunity to by a $1.00 raffle ticket and win great prizes throughout the night!
There is also an option for buying a table, which will be reserved and includes three bottles of wine, souvenir wine
glasses, party favors and advertising of either a family name or business in our program and during the event.
We also still need more auction items so please ask everyone you know who owns a business or is a frequent visitor
of a business to please donate something for our auctions. A few examples are gift cards to hair salons, grocery
stores, casinos, hotels, airlines, restaurants, amusement parks tickets, museum tickets, fun tours of San Diego etc…
Also timeshares, vacation homes or travel packages. Businesses are usually very generous; all we have to do is ask! If
you do get an auction item please drop it off in the front office.
I want to thank EVERYONE who is helping with the Gala. This could not be done without every family here. This is
our largest fundraiser of the year and we depend on it for the future of our school. I am very proud to be part of this
school and very grateful for all of the new friends I have made. We are truly blessed to be part of such an amazing
community! This event will help our school grow and become even greater. With your help we can make it amazingly successful!
