Reminders
The holidays may be over, but you can still purchase Scrip for your everyday needs. Go to shopwithscrip.com to
place your order. All orders are due on Monday morning for a Wednesday delivery. Questions? Check out the

Put on your dancing shoes, get your auction paddles ready, and join us on February 7th for the Roaring 20s Gala
at the Escondido Center for the Arts. Tickets are still available. Go to the school website for a ticket form or
pick one up in the office. It is sure to be a wonderful night supporting Catholic Education!
St. Mary School will be holding its annual Open House to kick off Catholic Schools Week on January 25th at
10AM. This is our opportunity to show the community all that St. Mary School has to offer. Invite your friends
and other families to visit our classrooms and meet the teachers. New student registration information will be
available.
Save The Date: The Daddy Daughter Dance will be on Friday, February 13th from 6-8:30PM. Look for the invitation in next week’s newsletter. Volunteers and donations are needed. Please contact Krista Scates at [email protected] or 760-746-7442 if you are able to help.
Yearbook advertisements are due on February 13th. Advertise your business or write a “Love Line” to your
child. See the newsletter on the website for the order forms. Contact Tracy Plowy at [email protected] with any
questions.

To all of you who have already purchased your tickets, thank you!!! This is going to be a fabulous event!
Ticket prices include an amazing dinner, silent and live auctions, music and entertainment all night long!!! Photo
Booth, Children’s Art Gallery and a chance to win cash if you buy an Opportunity Draw Down Ticket! Only 250
tickets will be sold for the Draw Down Opportunity drawing, so your chances of winning are great! Don’t forget you
can use it as a tax write-off as well. We need to sell more Draw Down Tickets so please ask your friends and family
to see if they would like to purchase a ticket! This year we are also having a $1.00 raffle. Each person will have the
opportunity to by a $1.00 raffle ticket and win great prizes throughout the night!
We can also use more auction items so keep asking! We can use gift cards to hair salons, grocery stores, casinos,
hotels, airlines, restaurants, amusement parks tickets, museum tickets, fun tours of San Diego etc… Also timeshares,
vacation homes or travel packages. If you do get an auction item please drop it off in the front office.
Many thanks to each of you for all you do for your children’s education and for this wonderful community we’re
blessed to be a part of. This could not be done without every family here. This is our largest fundraiser of the year
and we depend on it for the future of our school. Let’s help our school grow and become even greater. With your
help we can make it amazingly successful!
