strengthening roof slabs, beams columns by hydra strip and hydra sheet (Carbon fiber) within 7 days from the date of

Weak Slab Strengthening

Providing and Fixing CFRP strip on the ceiling that is bottom 4000 Rmt.
of the weak floor slab at an interval 600 mm C/c including
bond length to wall and beam followed by removing
existing damaged plaster of width 60 mm & thickness up to
concrete slab with a fixing the strip to the surface by
adhesive HYDRAPOX 112CF required to hold the strip to
the surface strongly including cutting ,scaffolding ,cleaning
and supervision as per direction of Engineer In Charge and
as per the specification , CFRP Strip "HYDRASTRIP" of
Tensile strength 3000 N/mm2 and size of 50mm X 1.2 mm
thick to be used .The surface shoould be sound and the
thickness of the adhesive is having of 1 mm with a
coverage of 0.35 Kg./m' and practical consumption per
Rmt. on the extreme uneven surface of the quantity of
1sqm./1mm –thick ness of layer /1.3 Kg
