DESCRIPTION OF ITEM QUANTITY RATE AMOUNT Weak Slab Strengthening 1. Providing and Fixing CFRP strip on the ceiling that is bottom 4000 Rmt. of the weak floor slab at an interval 600 mm C/c including bond length to wall and beam followed by removing existing damaged plaster of width 60 mm & thickness up to concrete slab with a fixing the strip to the surface by adhesive HYDRAPOX 112CF required to hold the strip to the surface strongly including cutting ,scaffolding ,cleaning and supervision as per direction of Engineer In Charge and as per the specification , CFRP Strip "HYDRASTRIP" of Tensile strength 3000 N/mm2 and size of 50mm X 1.2 mm thick to be used .The surface shoould be sound and the thickness of the adhesive is having of 1 mm with a coverage of 0.35 Kg./m' and practical consumption per Rmt. on the extreme uneven surface of the quantity of 1sqm./1mm –thick ness of layer /1.3 Kg 2. Installation of CFRP Strip "Hydrastrip" by using adhesive "Hydrapox 112 C" with a thickness of 4mm (Avg.) 4000 Rmt.. 3. Chiseling and removing damaged concrete apply Zinc rich epoxy based anticorrosive coating and reconcreting using new concrete to old concrete epoxy based bonding agent and finishing with plaster including the finishing of the CFRP portion . 600 sqm. 4. Column strengthening with CFRP system "Hydrasheet 300" . 10 sqm. 5. Excess quantity of using of "Hydrapox 112 CF" for the depth of 16 mm (Out of 20mm) is around 1.248 Kg./Rmt. 2,000.00 Rmt. x1.248Kg. 2,496.00 2496 Kg. === Kg. Time of work allotted is 3 months. 10 % Security deposit will be deducted from running account bill which will be refunded after defect liability period of six months after completion of work.
