October 27 – November 1, 2014 Harw ood Union Middle/High School Harwood Weekly Update On October 16th, seven young women from Harwood attended the 16th Annual Women Can Do Conference at Vermont Technical College in Randolph. The students who attended the conference included Kelly Myrto, Megan Day, Fiona Adams, Maddie Commo, Maya Garrett, Abbi Merrick and Maeghan Badger. They participated in hands-on workshops that explored STEM and trades careers. These students spent the day learning about crime scene investigations, operating heavy equipment, neuroscience, culinary arts, firefighting and much more!!
