This classy ring makes an elegant and modern statement.
It’s easy and allows for a bit of versatility. If the shell pearl
is not your style, feel free to use a crystal, gemstone, or
glass bead that fits your need. Knowledge of ring size is
important. You will complete two rings in class. Basic
wire working experience is helpful but not required.
Materials list.
Add a bit of dimension and edge to your beading with the
popular two-hole pyramid beads and also the two-hole
super duo beads. To add more strength to this bracelet, we
will be stringing our pyramid base on flexible wire and start
our stitching from this foundation. See how quickly this
bracelet makes up. If pyramids aren’t your thing, switch it
with tile beads for a sleek and softer look. Basic bead

Copper River Run Pendant \ $35

All Hallows Eve Web Pendant \ $25

Small eddys of swirled copper and varying sizes of small
beads lead you into the River Run Pendant. Students will
gain a solid understanding of basket weave wire technique,
combining it with pretty stones, pearls, crystals, etc. to
make a unique neck piece. It can be made any length and
culminates with a beautiful stone or pearl drop. Knowledge
of basket weave or other weaving skills is helpful but

Learn how to weave wire into this fun pendant for the
finishing touch to your favorite Halloween ensemble that
would make Elvira envious! Experience students can
expect to make at least two pendants in class, with or
without the bead embellishment. All skill levels welcome.

Abacus Ring \ $25

Allow me to introduce you to looming. During this class
you will learn how to set up the loom, what materials are
appropriate to use, and the technique of looming. Most
importantly you will learn three different techniques for
finishing, none of which involve sewing in the threads. This
class will also address several ways to add a clasp, and an
added bonus of learning how to graph your own designs
for the future. All skill levels welcome. Materials list.
Get your feet wet while learning a few fabrication techniques of cutting and forming sheet metal, texturing, cold
connecting and finishing. Gorgeous gemstones, pearls
or crystals make a simple, but beautiful statement ring.
Beginners can expect to make one ring. Intermediate
students can make at least two rings. All skill levels

This fun and quick stitched bangle will add bling and color
to your wardrobe. Designed with the intention of wearing
them in multiples, fashionably stacked up your wrist. However, it looks equally striking as a solo bangle too! Come
learn this quick stitch and get your collection of bangles

Get a comprehensive introduction to the popular braiding
technique called kumihimo! During this class you will learn
how to set up the disk, what materials are appropriate to
use, and the technique of kumihimo. An affordable kumihimo foam disk will be used to construct the bracelet after
which you will learn a quick and easy finishing technique.

Here’s your chance to tackle those Sheilah UFOs: UnFinished Objects. She will be available to help you catch-up on
your projects, get you back on track, or refresh you on a
technique. Bring any “Sheilah” projects and get them done!

Coiled “Love” Necklace \ $35

Love is in the air and this necklace is no exception. Learn
to hand form any word in wire with the help of tools and
a template as a guide. Then wire wrap it, add some chain,
embellish and voila, you’ve got a sweet little necklace.
Basic wire working experience is recommended.

Stitch these cute baubles using peyote stitch techniques
and create a focal drop as well as a handful of beaded
beads. Learn how to wire link them and mix various
mediums together for this fashion statement piece. Also,
stitch together another pair of beaded beads and incorporate a spike bead for a cool set of earrings. Peyote

Fleur de Lis Chandelier \ $25

Introduce yourself to the world of chainmaille in this
comprehensive workshop. We’ll discuss the importance of
precision sized jump rings, how to prepare and work with
jump rings, type of pliers to use, and how to weave this
simple yet impressive Spiral Chain. From here you will have
the skills to advance to more complex chainmaille weaves
and beyond. A custom cut rings kit must be purchased
at class. All skill levels welcome. Materials list.
Tres chic, non? Learn to control square wire with a
stepped plier and craft it into these beautiful and classic
fleur de lis earrings. Patinated metal evokes an old world
elegance and helps to highlight sparkling crystals. Gemstones or pearls would also work well. Finish with learning
how to make your own ear wires. Basic wire working
experience is helpful but not required. Materials list.
Flat Even Count Peyote fs \ $25

Gemstone Pod Pendant \ $35
Saturday, November 1 (1-4pm)
Join us as we learn one of the most basic off-loom bead
weaving technique. The peyote stitch has been seen in
Native American beadwork as well as Ancient Egyptian
artifacts. It can be woven in an even count or odd count of
beads per row, although this class will be focused on the
more popular even count. We’ll be making this simple and
fashionable band bracelet featuring a Z hook clasp as the
focal. All skill levels welcome. Materials list.
Learn to shape silver, copper or brass sheet into a lovely
pod shaped form. Then texture and emboss to your heart’s
content. A gorgeous flat gemstone bead takes center
stage, along with pretty side-drilled pearls or beads and
crystals for embellishment. Any embellishment beads can be
used in this design. Scale is key. Bonus instructions using
Gilder’s paste will be covered. Metal fabrication skills

Pattern Wire Hoops \ $25

Rocky Necklace \ $35
Sunday, November 2 (10am-1pm)
Creating these stylin’ hoops is a snap! Work with the
oh-so-pretty patterned wires and learn to shape them
into your perfect hoop size. We’ll do a bit of hammering
and filing and then drill a delicate hole for hanging.
Finish with custom made ear wires and they’re ready
to wear home. What a treat! Power tool experience
is helpful but not required. Materials list.
We’ve seen a bunch of rivolis being bezeled. Now learn how
to bezel freeform shaped flat beads or cabochons using
right angle weave that is then embellished with sparkling
crystals. Once you’ve completed this project you’ll be
looking to collect as many freeform beads and cabs to
bezel next. Right angle weave experience is required.

Seafoam Necklace \ $65

Embellished Bracelet Helping Hand \ $35
Sunday, November 2 (2-5pm)
This project is made on a Japanese Marudai braiding table.
You will learn how to set up the Marudai and how to do
the actual braiding. When completed, it will seem as though
strands of interior beads are caged inside of an exterior
braid. Making this Kumihimo necklace is so very fast that
you will no doubt want to make lots more. All skill levels
welcome. Materials list.
If you don’t have a bracelet helping hand, you’ve just
got to join me and make one. It’s easy, fun, and can be
customized by creating a beaded cover, making it oh so
“fabulous!” We’ll be using the tubular peyote stitch to get
this cover done and either freeforming the design pattern
or following the sample pattern. This workshop includes the
helping hand dowel and clip! Peyote stitch experience is

New at beading? This class is especially designed for you.
Learn the basics on beads, findings, stringing materials,
tools, and how to get started in the wonderful world of
beading. Make a stretch and bead strung bracelet in
this workshop. All skill levels welcome. Includes all
materials.
Inspired by the traditional box chain, we will stitch
independent boxes using the popular Miyuki “tila” beads.
They will then be joined together with alternating box
colors to form a chain long enough for a bracelet or
necklace. Finish with a perfectly matched clasp designed
by HandFast, or select a clasp of your liking. All skill

Here’s your chance to tackle those UFOs: UnFinished
Objects. Wendy will be at the helm of this catch-up class
and will gladly help you get back on track or motivate you
to finish that project from way back. Bring any “Wendy”
project or “foundation series” project and get them done!
If you have a project taught by another BBW instructor or
from a BBW kit, Wendy will do her best to assist you too.
Only Wendy and BBW projects will qualify.
Like sisters, these rings related but are unique and possess
their own character and personality. Join in on the fun and
make three fashionable rings that feature a focal bead or
metal disc blank that will be personalized with a special
name or message. Learn wire forming and wire wrapping

There’s no comparison to an elegantly and professionally
knotted necklace or bracelet. Knots protect and secure
your most treasured pearls or beads, and enables your
piece to drape so naturally. Learn how to choose and
work with silk threads and finish with clamshell beadtips.

We all love a little mystery, especially when it rarely disappoints. The hint is that this particular project has something
to do with bead weaving. Just bring yourself, and perhaps
your reading glasses, because everything else is included.

Advanced Knotting \ $35

Coming Up Roses Ring \ $25

Use the old pros knotting techniques to create a piece of
jewelry with a near hidden closure using french bullion wire.
Also learn how to drill pearls to accommodate the doubling
back of the silk to create a clean finish. You may also
choose to create an “infinity” style necklace that drops
right over your head and uses a hidden joining technique.
Basic knotting experience is required. Materials list.
Everything is coming up roses with this chic and easy ring.
Students will learn how to form wire on a ring mandrel,
texture and wire wrap. This ring can be made with a focal
bead or without, for a more rustic look. Students should
know their ring size and can expect to make two rings

Scrolled Heart Cuff \ $45

Create this twisted tubular herringbone rope bracelet with a
beaded cap motif at the end that resembles the cornucopia.
Referred to as the horn of plenty, it is typically seen with
fruit or flowers flowing from it. In our version we will be
adding a spray of beads instead and a integrated clasp
that blends perfectly. Herringbone stitch experience is

Who doesn’t love hearts? This one is swirly and curly
and sits front and center. Learn to make wire scrolls
that serve as your basic armature that will support wire
woven embellishment beads. This filigree inspired cuff
is gorgeous in any color palette and a comfort to wear.

If you’re looking for something simple and fun to make,
start here with this cute spiral stitched bracelet. This
popular stitch is often made with seed beads, however
crystals and a variety of other beads can be incorporated
for a more posh look. You won’t be disappointed with the
addition of this stitch to your beading repertoire. All skill

Triple Helm Bracelet \ $35

Double Spiral Stitch fs \ $25

Bold and beautiful, this triple helm band bracelet will make
quite a statement. Although the intent is to make it broad,
you are welcome to make a single or double helm instead.
You’ll get to choose from one-tone or two-tone kits that
are offered in combinations of sterling or silver filled with
copper, brass, or bronze. Basic chainmaille experience
is helpful but not required. A custom cut rings kit must
be purchased at workshop. Materials list.
If you’ve already conquered the traditional Spiral Stitch,
try your hand at the Double Spiral. Learn how to create
two spirals at a time to give you this cool rope effect.
One benefit of this stitch is that the spirals tend to stay
intact better, as opposed to the regular spiral stitch that
needs to be manually spiraled. It makes a beautiful bracelet
and necklace too! Regular spiral stitch experience is
