opportunities for discounted travel for seminar attendees. Arrangements for
domestic flights within Australia and International travel are shown on
following pages.

Virgin Australia through their alliance network can provide flight options to delegates attending the ISASI
2014 event in Adelaide.
Delegates may request a flight quote from Virgin Australia for their travel requirements, when using a Virgin
Australia International service (operated with a VA flight number).
Virgin Australia will consider quotes requests for the travel period 6th to 23rd October 2014.
Requests should be received no later than 1 August 2014.

Delegates may request an International flight quote from Virgin Australia on eligible flights for travel between 6th
October and 23rd October 2014
Requested flights must have a VA flight number.
On receipt of your quote, delegates will have 72 hours to confirm their booking by
1) Provide passport information
2) Final payment by credit card
If we have not received confirmation within 72 hours of receiving our quote we will assume that you have opted not to
book the flight.
Flights will be cancelled at this time.
Virgin Australia may choose not to provide a quote, where your request cannot be serviced by our international flight
network or you have requested an ineligible service.

1. Tickets will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of confirmation of this quote – business days (Monday –
Friday)
2. Standard public fare terms and conditions will apply to fares quoted
3. Virgin Australia will provide the best available fare at the time of receiving your request for quote
4. Virgin Australia terms and conditions of carriage apply
5. All changes and flight cancelations are to be requested though the Virgin Australia Guest Contact Centre
6. Virgin Australia may choose not to provide a quote outside eligible travel dates or where we deem schedules
unsuitable for travel or ineligible services are requested.
