The above referenced (consignor) authorizes Furniture Buy Consignment (the consignee) to sell and liquidate all of the items listed below in this agreement. 2. This agreement is between the consignor and a single individual Furniture Buy Consignment location. 3. Consignment period is for 90-days. Consignor receives 50% of the selling price for consignments sold. 4. Consignments are subject to the following price reductions, which will affect the consignor earnings: 15% after 30-days, 25% after 60-days, and 40% after 90-days. Furniture Buy Consignment reserves the right to sell consignments at their sole and absolute discretion. Reasonable offers shall be accepted for consignments at any time while in the possession of the Consignee. 5. The Consignor shall pay a fee of 25% of the asking price for early removal of any consignments(s). 6. Furniture Buy Consignment is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of any items consigned. 7. Proceeds are payable 30-days after the date of sale. Earnings for layaway transactions are payable to the consignor upon receipt of the final payment. Consignor earnings may be applied towards purchases at any time during the consignment period. Checks may be mailed upon request. Consignor shall be responsible for any fees associated with lost checks requested by mail. 8. Unclaimed consignor earnings shall be forfeited 120-days after the sale of any consigned item. 9. Consignments must be in very good to excellent condition. The consignor shall be charged for any cleaning or repair charges deemed necessary by Furniture Buy Consignment. 10. It is the sole responsibility of the consignor to inquire about consignments and to request payment for earnings associated with this agreement. 11. Regardless of any extension to this agreement, Furniture Buy Consignment reserves the right to donate any consignments still in our possession after 120-days. Furniture Buy Consignment shall not notify consignors prior to this action. 12. As the sole owner of the items described in this agreement, I am within my legal rights to consign these items.
