Dear Exhibitor,
This Exhibitor Services Manual contains important information and is designed to assist you in
preparing for the MASCC/ISOO 2015 Exhibition.
The Exhibition will be held as part of the MASCC/ISOO Annual Meeting on Supportive Care in Cancer,
Bella Center, Copenhagen, Denmark.
The floor plan has been designed to maximize the exhibitor’s exposure to the delegates with, internet
corner and paper poster presentations taking place in the exhibition area.
Please read all of the information in this manual. It will take you very little time now and could
save you a great deal of time later.
Please forward this manual to everyone who is working on this project, including your stand builder, as it
contains useful information about the congress.

Please note that all exhibitors should be in their booth 30 minutes before the official opening hour.
PLEASE NOTE:
Empty crates and packaging material must be removed after set-up and no later than
Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 18:00.
All aisles must be clear of exhibits and packaging materials to enable cleaning.
Any equipment, display aid or other material left behind on Saturday, 27 June 2015 after 23:59 will be
considered discarded and abandoned.
Off Exhibition Information
Please note that participants will be walking through the Exhibition area to reach the Posters area
and other Congress activities which will be active before and after the Exhibition Opening Hours.
Therefore, you may either man your booth during those times or consider hiring extra security
for your valuables.
Please note:
It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to dispose all materials after dismantling.
Any charges incurred for waste removal will be sent to the exhibitor.

Exhibitor Badges
All exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company
name. Two exhibitor badges will be given for the first 9 sqm booked and 1 additional badge for each 9 m2
thereafter.
Any additional exhibitors badges for pre-advanced orders will be charged an exhibitor registration fee of
EUR 185.
Any additional exhibitors badges after the deadline/for onsite orders will be charged an exhibitor
registration fee of EUR 220.
The Exhibitors’ badge give free access to the exhibition area, Coffee breaks, the Welcome Networking
Reception on Thursday, June 25th and the Poster Reception on Friday, June 26th.
In order to reserve additional badges, please find at the end of this manual an exhibitor
registration form.

Individual participant names will not appear on badges in order that they may be used interchangeably
between staff members.
All personnel are required to wear badges to access the venue. Company representatives not wearing
their badges will not be allowed to access the Exhibition.
Company name badges are for the use of company personnel for stand manning purposes and should not
be used by companies to bring visitors to the Exhibition.
Exhibitor badges will not be mailed in advance and may be collected from the onsite Exhibition
Management Desk.
Access to the Exhibition Hall during Set-up and Dismantling Times
Stand contractors and staff must wear service passes during the entire set-up and dismantling period.
Service Passes are free of charge and may be collected from the
Exhibition Management Desk on-site.
On Site Exhibition Management Desk
The Exhibition Management Desk will be open throughout the Exhibition set-up, opening and dismantling
period. The desk will be located within the Exhibition area.

Lead Retrieval Wireless Barcode Reader
Lead Retrieval Wireless Barcode Readers are a helpful tool for receiving contact information about participants
who visit your booth or attend your symposium.
Barcode readers may be rented in advance for the duration of the Congress.

Please Note:
Barcodes on participants' badges contain contact information as supplied by the registrant or the agency
responsible for the registration process of that participant. We regret that in some cases, as when group
registration is completed by a company, we may not be in possession of the full contact details.
In addition, please note that neither Kenes International nor the Organising Committee is responsible for the
content of the information.
Furthermore, in some cases, the participant does not give his permission to transfer his contact details to any
other party.
Therefore, although he visited your booth and was scanned by your barcode reader, we
are unable to forward you his contact details.
In order to reserve your Lead Retrieval Wireless Barcode Reader, please find at the end of this manual a credit
card order form.

Section 4: Technical Information
Stands Design
Exhibitors who build their own stands are required to submit a scale drawing of their booth, including
elevation view and dimensions, to Mrs. Raya van Hugten by:

All exhibits are to be displayed to avoid blocking aisles, obstructing adjoining booths, or damaging
the premises. Exhibitors are kindly requested to allow sufficient see-through areas that ensure
clear views of surrounding exhibits.
The Organisers will not approve stands that do not comply with the accepted standards until the
necessary changes have been made.
Work cannot commence until the exhibitor layout is approved by the Organizers.
Multi-level structures are not permitted.
Each exhibiting company should submit the name and details of their construction company.

Build-Up Height
The maximum building height for the top of all elements in the booths is total of 5 meters
Please see the building height indicated on the floor plan.
Any part facing neighboring stands with mutual walls that needs to be designed with neutral surfaces
(white).
Exhibitors who will have stands higher than the maximum permitted height will not be allowed to set-up
their stands.
Please note that if your booth has a platform higher than 4.5 cm, you are required to provide a ramp for
handicapped access.
Ceiling and Ceiling Hangings
Power supplies, network and telephone cables as well as plumbing and compressed air will be run into
your stand via the hall ceiling.
Ceiling hanging is permitted. Please submit your request by 2 June 2015
Stand builders cannot hang any item directly to the venue ceiling \hanging points.
The Bella Center has to build pre-rigging in order to provide a hanging point.

Kindly note that the hanging points are spread randomly throughout the Exhibition hall and may not be
available above your booth location.
Electricity and Electrical Installations
According to the regulations, the electrical installations for the Exhibition will only be connected
to the power supply after being checked and approved by the official contractor.
Only the venue is authorized to provide the electrical switchboard for the power points. Thus, every
exhibitor has to order an electrical switchboard from the venue and to pay for the electrical consumption
according to his power needs. Prices for power includes mounting, consumption and dismantling.

The Exhibition is being held in Congress Hall A1 in the Convention Center Building of the Bella Center.

Please note that the Exhibition Hall (Congress Hall A1) is already carpeted in dark blue.

Internet & Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi and wired internet connection may be ordered through Bella Center using the online order form.
Bella Center must be informed in advance when the stand has a platform as well as the scheduled set-up
day and time due to internet foundation.
Creation of Wi-Fi network are forbidden.
Parking
Parking for exhibitors in parking areas just outside the Hall. The parking Fee is DKK 20 per hour and DKK
80 for 24 hours.
Site visit
We recommend Exhibitors using Independent Booth Contractors to include a site visit in the planning
process to assure a smooth and well planned set-up.

Security
The organisers will provide security guard services in the Exhibition Hall during closing hours.
Neither the organisers nor the Bella Center can accept responsibility for security of the stands and their
contents or damage to and theft of any goods. Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their stand
and equipment.
Individual stand security may be ordered.
Stand Catering
The catering in the Bella Center is exclusive and needs to be requested in advance.
Exhibitors who wish to order food and beverages for their exhibition booth are welcome to do so directly
with the MASCC/ISOO Caterer:

Stand Cleaning
The Organisers will arrange for general cleaning of the Exhibition premises (excluding exhibits and
displays) prior to the opening of Exhibition and daily prior to opening thereafter.

Waste Removal
Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of all refuse/waste from the Exhibition area.
Any discarded waste, including promotional material, left behind will be removed by the organisers at the
expense of the exhibitor concerned.
Rules and Regulations -Binding for all exhibitors and their subcontractors
Build-Up & Dismantling Period
During the period of build-up and dismantling, it is prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages in the
working area as well as to perform work under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
The Exhibitors and contractors are required to wear the necessary personal protective equipment such as
safety footwear, protective helmets, eye protection, and hand protection required by the specific work
activity.
Damage to the Building
Exhibitors are liable for all damage caused to floors, walls, and pillars during the installation, Exhibition,
and dismantling periods. No adhesive stickers and fixtures of any kind are allowed on floors, walls, and
pillars.
Disposal of Material
It is obligatory to collect and dispose of all material during the build-up or dismantling of the event.
When the dismantling period is over, the exhibitor loses any right to claim losses or damage to property
left behind. Any costs incurred by the venue in removing this property will be charged to the exhibitor.
Fire Regulations
Stand material and fittings must be non-flammable or impregnated with fire-retardant chemicals. As a
general rule, easily inflammable synthetic substances, foam polyester, and no fireproof straw and reeds
are prohibited.
Fire Insurance (compulsory)
Exhibitors must be insured against fire.
Hanging of Posters, Banners etc.
Hanging of posters, banners or decals, stickers or similar items, on the walls, floors, ceilings, or pillars
within or outside the installations of the venue are not allowed without a prior written authorization.
Insurance (compulsory)
While every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect the exhibitors’ property while on display at
the Exhibition, it must be clearly understood that the organizers, the management of the Bella Center and
the official contractors can accept NO liability for any loss or damage sustained.
You are also responsible for insuring against any legal liability incurred with respect to injury or damage to
property belonging to third parties. In addition to this, you should protect your expenditure against
Abandonment and Cancellation or curtailment of the event due to reasons beyond our control.
Liability
Companies are responsible for all property damage as well as any loss or injury caused by their property,
agents or employees. Companies will indemnify the organizers against all claims and expenses arising
from any damages.
If for any reason whatsoever the Exhibition needs to be abandoned, postponed, or altered in any way,
either in whole or part, or if the organizers find it necessary to change the dates of the Exhibition, the
organizers shall not be liable for any expenditures, damages or loss incurred in connection with the
Exhibition.
The organizers shall further not be liable for any loss which the Exhibition or Exhibition contractors may
incur due to the intervention of any authority which prevents or restricts the use of the venue or any part
thereof in any manner whatsoever.
Promotional Activities
All demonstrations or instructional activities must be confined to the limits of the Exhibition stand.
Advertising material and signs may not be distributed or displayed outside the exhibitor’s stands.
Sound equipment must be regulated and directed into the stand so that it does not disturb neighboring
exhibits.
Exhibition Management reserves the right to require the exhibitor to discontinue any activity, noise, or
music that is deemed objectionable.
Special Effects
Special effects lighting, live music, smoke and laser projection may not be used in the stands.
No permission will be given for projection in the aisles or on the walls of the hall.
Participation by exhibitors is dependent upon compliance with all rules, regulations and conditions stated
herein.

Section 6: Delivery Regulations and Instructions
The shipping instructions include the following information:

Hermes/Merkur Ltd. has been appointed the official forwarding agent and clearance
agent for this Congress and offers the following services: customs clearance, delivery to the stand, freight
forwarding, manpower & trolleys for un-loading/loading during build-up and dismantling, storage of
empty crates, transportation to and from the Exhibition hall.
For security, insurance, and efficiency reasons, Hermes/Merkur is the sole official agent to handle cargo
inside the venue.
Stand builders are prohibited from using trolleys during set-up and dismantling periods.
Kindly note that the official agent is the exclusive agent for move in and move out of the venue.
Exhibitors and stand builders are free to deliver their goods or to pick their goods up from outside the
venue. Those who use their own facilities up to the venue are requested to coordinate their time
schedule and unloading of their cargo into the venue with the official logistics agent.
Insurance of Goods
All cargo should be insured from point of origin.
Exhibition Goods, Insert and Display Materials
Please note that all materials entering the venue incur a handling charge. This includes materials for
inserts to the Congress bags and display.
In order to receive a price quote for handling and to assure arrival of your materials, please be sure to
complete the “Pre-Advise” form included in the shipping instructions.
Please Note: All advanced shipments and deliveries to the Hermes/Merkur warehouse, including by
courier, must be coordinated with Hermes.
In order to assure receipt of sent materials, Hermes must receive the Pre-Advise form found at the end of
this manual.

Shipping Instructions for Bag Inserts and display items
Dear Exhibitor/Stand Builder,
Hermes-MERKUR is the official handling agent fork EHMTIC congresses
In 2014 we are a full door to door service company.
As such, we are pleased to update you regarding arrangements for
shipping, international freight forwarding, customs clearance and onsite
services.
Onsite Handling
Due to security, insurance and organizer policy, Hermes-Merkur is the
exclusive handler inside the venue. No other company is permitted to
handle cargo within the venue.
Please note that companies, stand builders & PR companies may make
their own arrangements to deliver and retrieve goods directly to the
warehouse/venue entrance.

I hal B0-B2 skal al rigning ske fra de fastmonterede øskner i
loftet. Den maksimale belastning af øsknerne er 49 kg pr. punkt.
Detailtegninger for stande vil indeholde information om riggepunkternes placering.
I hal B3-B6 er der ophængt et kabelbakkesystem, som er opdelt
i moduler på 3x3 m. Kabelbakkesystemet er delt i 2 højder på
henholdsvis 3,0 m og 3,35 m over gulv. Den maksimale belastning af kabelbakkeloftet er på 25 kg/m2. Vægskinnesystemet
(markeret med rød streg) er ophængt 320cm over gulv.
I hal B0 hænger der lysskinner med 70 watt metalhalogen spots.
Lyset er fastmonteret og må kun justeres af Bella Center
personale.
I hal B1-B2 hænger der lysskinner med 30 watt LED spots.
I hal B3-B6 hænger der i hvert modul på 3x3 m et lysarmatur
med 3x14W lysrør.
I hal B0-B2 er gulvet et meleret designgulv.
I hal B3-B6 er gulvet lys gråmalet beton.
Gulvet kan klare følgende belastninger:

I hal B0 er søjlerne midt i hallen runde med en diameter af 55 cm

Hall B consists of two ceiling heights: 3 m / 3.35 m. Please see
the floor plan on the following pages.
Installation of electricity, VVS and network etc. will be supplied
from the ceiling.
In hall B0-B2 all rigging must be made from the existing hooks in
the ceiling. The maximum load on each hook is 49 kg. The stand
details sketch will contain information about the placement of
these hooks.
Hall B3-B6 is fitted with a modular ceiling grid, each measuring
3x3 m. Heights as specified above. The grid is designed to
withstand load of 25 kg per sq.m. Wall rails are mounted 320cm
above the floor. (Marked with a red line).
Hall B0 is mounted with spot rails containing 70 watt metal
halogen spots. The light is fixed and may only be adjusted by
Bella Center staff.
Hall B1-B2 is mounted with spot rails containing 30 watt LED spots.
Hall B3-B6 is mounted with a 3x24 watt low energy fluorescent
light fitting per 3x3 m grid module.
In hall B0-B2 the floor is a mottled design floor.
In hall B3-B6 the floor is concrete which is painted in a light grey
colour.
The floor can carry the following loads:

In hall B1-B6 the concrete pillars measure 50x50 cm, whilst they
measure 25x50 cm along outer walls.

Hallens gulv er beliggende ca. 30 cm højere end øvrige gulve i
Bella Center og der er kun ved port C5-3 adgang uden trin,
men via kort rampe.
Hallens frihøjde er 635 cm under rumgitter konstruktionen,
Frihøjden reduceres lokalt af belysningsarmaturer, der er
fastgjort til undersiden af rumgitteret. Rumgitteret håret vandret
modul mål på 5,0 x 5,0 m.
Inden for 6 meters afstand fra facader og gavle må der højst
opbygges i 2,5 meters højde. På det øvrige areal skal alle
opbygninger over 3 meters højde udføres i ubrændbart eller
svært antændeligt materiale og i forvejen godkendes af
Københavns Brandvæsen i hvert enkelt tilfælde.

Measured from the floor to the lower edge of the lighting, the
ceiling height is 635 cm.
The ceiling height is 635 cm below the grating construction.
The height is reduced locally by the luminaires, which are
attached to the underside of the grating. The grating construction has a horizontal module measurement of 5.0 x 5.0 m.
Within 6 m. from the facade, the maximum building height is
2.5 m. For the rest of the hall, all workmanship in a height
above 3 mtr, shall be carried out in non-flammable material, to
be individually approved by the Danish Fire Department.
General lighting

Luminaires. mounted with 2 x 58 Watt low energy lightning,

Due to the characteristic architecture of the hall, ceiling heights
vary from 12.9 m to a maximum of 23.4 m, measured from the
under edge of the roof trusses. Please see page 17-18.
General lighting
Halogen floodlights mounted from the roof trusses forms the
hall's general lighting. Please note that at certain times of the
year, sunlight from the glass roof can cause inconvenience with
reflected light when using pc's, videos etc.
Floor & services
Power supplies, network and telephone cables as well as
plumbing and compressed air will, where possible, be supplied
via the sub-floor service ducts let into the Centre Hall's
concrete floor. These run from north to south at 1 500 cm
intervals throughout the length of the hall.

Kommercielle betingelser
Bella Center forbeholder sig ret til at fakturere bestilte serviceydelser/leverancer samt katalogvarer til standopbygning,
standindretning, servering m.m. forud for arrangementet, til
betaling netto kontant.
Ved forfakturering er Bella Center ikke forpligtet til at levere de
bestilte serviceydelser/leverancer, såfremt betaling ikke har fundet sted forud for arrangementet. Betaling kan finde sted med
almindeligt anerkendte betalingsmidler. Udstilleren indestår for
betaling for Bella Centers leverancer til standen, uanset om leverancerne er bestilt af udstilleren eller udstillerens leverandører. De nævnte priser er gældende for arrangementsperioden.
(Max. 5 dage). Salgspriser i Euro er vejledende. Ved stigning
i valutakursen på over 2,5% forbeholdes der ret til ændring af
priser.

udstillingens åbning.
Annullering af bestilte ydelser
Såfremt en ordre annulleres mere end 21 dage før arrangementsstart, faktureres der udelukkende påløbne omkostninger.
Såfremt en ordre annulleres under 21 dage før arrangementsstart, forbeholder vi os ret til at fakturere hele beløbet jævnfør
katalogprisen eller den oplyste pris.
Placering af leverancer på standen
Vi forbeholder os ret til selv at placere de bestilte installationer,
såfremt dette ikke er angivet på ordrerne. Evt. flytninger vil i så
fald ske for udstillerens regning. Bemærk at møbler ikke regnes
for installationer og derfor ikke placeres efter tegning, men stilles vilkårligt på standen.

Commercial conditions
Bella Center reserves the right to invoice services, supplies,
catalogue items for stand construction, fitting or serving prior to
the event with the net amount to be paid in cash.
Bella Center is not obliged to deliver the ordered services
and items if payment has not been made prior to the event.
Payment can be made by any conventional means. The exhibitor guarantees to pay for Bella Centers deliveries to the stand
regardless of whether the deliveries have been ordered by the
exhibitor or the exhibitor’s supplier. The prices are for the period
of the event (max. 5 days). For your information our prices in
Euro are only guided prices. By any change in the International
Exchange rate we reserve the right to adjust these prices.
All invoices will be assigned Danish VAT unless given a valid
VAT number for event subscription. EU Customers outside
Denmark may by disclosure of a valid VAT number avoid to pay
Danish VAT of 25% for certain services commissioned from us.
Surcharge for ordering after deadline
Bella Center reserves the right to invoice a surcharge for orders
received after the deadline and during the stand build-up in accordance with the information in the Technical Stand Information. Orders received during build-up cannot be guaranteed in
time for the opening of the exhibition.
Cancellation of ordered services
In case an order is cancelled more than 21 days prior to opening of the event, only expenses occurred will be invoiced. In
case an order is cancelled less than 21 days prior to opening,
Bella Center reserves the right to invoice the full amount of the
order related to the catalogue price or the price offered.
Placement of deliveries on the stand
We reserve the right to place technical supplies in the position
we see fit, in cases where no drawing of the desired position
has been received. Any relocation of installations etc. will be
invoiced directly to the exhibitor. Please note that rented furniture is only delivered to the stand and not placed according to
sketch.
Complaints
Should you wish to lodge a complaint about services supplied
by Bella Center, this must be done in writing and delivered
before the close of the event, otherwise the management cannot accept the complaint. Should you have any other questions,
please feel free to contact the Technical Exhibitor Service
Department.

optimal conditions for everyone, so please show consideration

Show consideration to your neighbours
Taking part at an exhibition should be a beneficial experience
for you – as well as your neighbours.
•
Derfor skal du holde dit opbygnings- og udstillingsmateriale
inden for standarealet under udstillingen – dette også af
hensyn til udstillingen som helhed, rengøring, flugtveje etc.
•
Du må ikke være til gene for dine naboer ved at foretage
noget, som ved lys, lyd, lugt eller på anden vis kan være
generende. Du må heller ikke udlevere noget fra standen,
som kræver ekstraordinær rengøring i gangarealerne, f.eks.
popcorn.
•
Din standopbygning og ophængning af skilte og lignende må
maksimalt være 2,5 m i højden, med mindre andet er angivet
i de tekniske standinformationer. Ønsker du en dispensation
for dette, er du velkommen til at kontakte udstillingens arkitekt. Det gælder dog generelt, at den standopbygning, der
er over 2,5 m, skal udføres som en ren hvid bagside mod
tilstødende nabostande. Den må derfor ikke forsynes med
tekst eller logo. Indgår der i standopbygningen vægge mod
ganglinier, skal disse, såfremt de ikke dekoreres, udføres i
en pæn og ensartet hvid overflade.
•
Du må ikke bruge den del af en søjle, der ikke indgår i standarealet – medmindre du har en godkendelse fra udstillingens
arkitekt.
•
Hunde, katte og andre husdyr må ikke medtages i Bella
Center, med mindre andet er angivet.
•Make sure your build-up, display material etc., is kept within
the confines of your own stand – for the sake of the public
flow, the cleaning staff, escape routes and the appearance of
the exhibition as a whole.
•You must not cause inconvenience for your neighbours by
employing light or sound effects, smells etc., which can in
any way cause annoyance. Similarly, you may not hand out
giveaways, foodstuffs etc., which necessitate extra cleaning
of the gangway areas.
•Your stand design, signage, banners etc., may not exceed
2.5 meters in height unless anything else is stated in your
technical stand info. If you require exemption from this rule,
please contact the exhibition architect. The general rule for
objects in excess of 2.5 meters in height is that any surfaces
facing a neighboring stand must appear completely neutral (white) and may not contain company names, product
names, text or logo designs. Wall panels facing towards
the arcades must if not decorated, but should appear with a
neutral white surface.
•You may not use parts of a pillar that is outside your stand
area unless you have a written approval from the exhibition
architect.
•Dogs, cats and other pets are not allowed inside the Bella
Center unless anything else is stated!
Personale fra offentlige myndigheder eller fra Teknisk Afdeling
skal altid have mulighed for at komme ind på din stand. Eventuelle påtaler fra myndigheder eller fra Teknisk Afdeling skal altid

Hensyn til bygninger og inventar

frem i tiden – og det kan du hjælpe os med. Det er nemlig vigtigt, at du ikke kommer til at beskadige standvægge, skiltefriser
eller andre bygningsdele.
Du må derfor ikke skrue, lime, male eller på anden måde

beskadige inventaret.
•
Ligeledes må du ikke selv rigge wirer i lofterne samt montere
eller afmontere materiale fra Bella Center, f.eks. vægge,
friser, spots med mere.
•
Af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager skal der min. 2 wirer til et
banner, skilt og lignende.
•
Dynamisk belastning af wirer er af sikkerhedsmæssige
årsager forbudt. Ved løft af udstyr henvises til taljepunkter og
kædetaljer i stedet.

rug af klæbemidler. Ved behov for at klæbe materiale
på Bella Centers standvægge og skiltefriser, skal tape af
mærket DuploColl 43102 anvendes. Dette kan fjernes uden
at efterlade mærker, ligesom det er muligt at anvende TESA
Power-Strips, hvis vejledning på pakningen følges. Begge
varer kan købes i Teknisk Udstillerservice, hvor der også
findes ophængningskroge til lettere udstyr, som fx plakater.

Take care of the building, its furnishings and equipment
Bella Center intends to remain an attractive exhibition centre
for many years to come, and you can help us in this respect.
It is important that you and your staff avoid causing damage
to stand walls, fascia boards, light fittings or any part of the
building itself.
•It is not permitted to screw, nail, glue, paint or in any way
cause damage to Bella Center’s material or equipment.
•Similarly, only Bella Center’s staff is permitted to affix wires
to the ceilings or other parts of the building. It is also forbidden to mount or dismantle material belonging to Bella Center,
such as stand walls, fascia boards, spotlights etc..
•Each banner should be affixed with min. 2 wires due to
safety reasons.
•Due to safety reasons it is forbidden to use wires for lifting.
For this purpose you should use chain blocks in riggin points.
•Use of sticking material. If you need to stick material on to
Bella Center’s stand walls and fascia boards you must use
a tape called DuploColl 43102, because this kind of tape
can be removed without leaving marks or damages. You can
also use TESA Power-Strips, but make sure to follow the
instructions on the packages. Both items can be purchased
onsite from Technical Exhibitor Service, where you can also

Under arrangementsafvikling skal der til enhver tid være
adgang til opsatte el-tavler. Ifald BC-personale qua kundens
standopbygning er forhindret i adgang til disse, vil kunden
blive belastet pris for nedbrydning og evt. genopbygning, der
tillader adgang til el-tavlerne. Arbejdet vil ske efter regning.
Sker det alligevel, at du eller dit personale kommer til at beskadige Bella Centers inventar eller bygningsdele, vil du blive gjort
ansvarlig.

If you do not remove sticking material from the stand upon
departure you will be charged for damages.
•Should it prove necessary for us to remove unauthorized
tape residue from your stand area, after you have left, you
will be invoiced for this.
•Any material remaining after your departure from the venue
will be removed and environmentally sorted. You will be
invoiced for this service.
•During stand build-up, your staff are welcome to use the rinse basins provided for cleaning brushes, paint rollers etc. It
is strictly forbidden to use the public toilets or the permanent
flowerbeds etc., for this purpose. It is also important that you
lay protective covering during build-up to avoid damaging the
hall floor or carpeting. Please read the section concerning
the Fire Authorities regulations regarding materials.
•During events BC fuse boxes must be accessible at all times.
If BC employees are denied access to these due to the
customers’ booth setup, the customer will be charged with
the price for break down and any possible reestablishment
that allows access to the fuse boxes.
•The work will be carried out according to quote.
Should you or your staff cause damage to the venue’s building,
its furnishings or equipment, you will be held directly responsible.
Affaldssortering
I Bella Center bestræber os på at være foregangsvirksomhed
inden for CSR-området. Derfor er det vigtigt, at vores fortsatte
udvikling sker på et bæredygtigt grundlag, så miljøet ikke belastes unødigt, og forbruget af ressourcer minimeres. Dette gøres
bl.a. ved genanvendelse og affaldssortering. Vi beder derfor
venligst alle udstillere om at bidrage til bæredygtig adfærd både
før, under og efter arrangementerne.
Under opbygning og nedtagning kan udstillere i Teknisk Udstillerservice frit afhente en sæk til restaffald (dvs. kun forbrændingsegnet affald). Når sækken er lukket, kan den deponeres
i hallens containere mærket ”Affald til sortering”. Øvrigt affald
af max. 1 meter - som ex. gulvtæpper, flasker, papir, pap, træ,
plastfolie, blandet plast, PVC, småt brændbart, jern, metal
og elektronik – kan også lægges i containerne, hvorefter de
kildesorteres af Bella Center personale. Farligt affald som maling, batterier, elpærer og ledninger kan dog afhentes af Bella
Center personale på udstillerstanden uden beregning, hvis man
kontakter Teknisk Udstillerservice for nærmere aftale.
I arrangementets åbningstid vil der i alle haller være opstillet
sorteringsskraldespande til hhv. papir og småt brændbart.
During build up and dismantling periods exhibitors may collect
bags for combustible waste from Technical Exhibitor Service.
Filled bags must be sealed and deposited in the hall containers
labelled “Waste to be sorted”. Other waste of max. 1 meter such as carpets, bottles, paper, cardboard, wood, plastic film,
mixed plastic, PVC, small combustible waste, iron, metal and
electronics – may also be placed in the containers, after which
they will be sorted by Bella Center staff. Hazardous waste
such as paint, batteries, light bulbs and leads can, however, be
collected free of charge from the stand by Bella Center staff.
Please book this service at Technical Exhibitor Service.
During event opening hours sorting bins for paper and small
combustible waste will be located in all halls.
Døgnstrøm
Strømmen i hallerne bliver afbrudt om natten. Har du brug for
døgnstrøm, beder vi dig derfor bestille det. Døgnstrømmen vil
være sluttet til fra første indrykningsdag til og med dagen efter
udstillingens lukning kl. 12.00 – medmindre du har aftalt andet
med Teknisk Udstillerservice.
24 hours power supply
Main power supply will be switched off overnight. Should you
require 24 hrs power, please order through web portal. 24
hrs power will be connected from the first day of build-up until
12.00 hrs the day after the event closes – unless otherwise
agreed with the Technical Exhibitor Service Department.
Forplejning
Bella Center Services har eneret på at servere mad og udskænke drikkevarer inden for udstillingsområdet. Udlevering
af smagsprøver må kun finde sted efter Bella Center Services
forudgående godkendelse. Årsagen hertil er, at Bella Center
Services er ansvarlig for, at de danske myndigheders love og
regler, herunder miljø- og hygiejnekrav fra levnedsmiddelkontrollen og bevillingsloven, overholdes i hele udstillingsområdet.
Catering
Bella Center Services has the exclusive right to serve food and
beverages within the exhibition area. Prior permission shall be
obtained from Bella Center for any handing-out of food and beverage samples. The reason is that the Bella Center Services
must make sure that the rules and regulations laid down by the
Danish authorities are observed.
Det er derfor kun tilladt at etablere udskænknings- og serveringsområder på standene efter Bella Center Services
godkendelse og kravspecifikation. Dermed er du og dit firma
automatisk dækket ind under BCS’s spiritusbevilling, ligesom
vi har sikret os, at reglerne for opbevaring og servering af
levnedsmidler er overholdt.

Waste handling
Bella Center seeks to ensure that its development is sustainable, with as little environmental impact as possible, and that
its consumption of resources is kept to a minimum. We do this
through recycling and waste handling. Therefore, we kindly
ask all exhibitors to contribute to sustainable behavior before,
during and after the events.
På fødevaremesser er det dog tilladt at uddele smagsprøver
af udstillerens egne produkter under den forudsætning at alle
hygiejnekrav er overholdt.
However, Exhibitors are allowed to establish serving areas at
their stand, but only after approval by and according to specifications laid down by the Bella Center Services. This ensures
you that you and your company are automatically covered by
our license to serve beer, wine and spirits and that the rules for
handling foodstuff are observed.
Please note that in connection with food and beverage trade
fairs the exhibitors are allowed to hand out food and beverage
samples of their own products under the condition that the
Danish food regulations are observed.

Udstillerne må under ingen omstændigheder sælge mad- eller
drikkevarer på deres stand.
Forsikring / Ansvar
Bella Center opfordrer dig som udstiller til at tegne forsikringer
for egne ejendele, herunder mod tyveri, idet Bella Center ikke
påtager sig noget ansvar for din ejendom og idet udstillerens
ejendom ikke er omfattet af Bella Centers forsikring. I tilfælde af
tyveri kan Bella Center ej heller drages til ansvar.
Kørsel til standen, aflæsning og parkering
For at alle kan få bygget deres stand op så hurtigt som muligt
og uden problemer, har vi nogle regler for kørsel, aflæsning og
parkering:
•
Gods må ikke leveres på standen før opbygningsperiodens
start, med mindre der er givet dispensation hertil. Gods kan i
stedet indleveres til DSV Solutions’ lager i Bella Center. Kontakt venligst speditøren DSV Solutions på telefon 32473017
eller [email protected] for en aftale og oplysning om pris.
•
I ind- og udrykningsperioden må kørsel til standen kun finde
sted på de af os oplyste tidspunkter.
Af hensyn til sikkerheden skal portvagten se arbejdskort eller
•
anden legitimation.
•
Efter aflæsning skal biler parkeres i de afmærkede parkeringsbåse udendørs eller forlade området helt. Dog må
trailere og lastbiler ikke parkeres inden for hegnet uden
forudgående aftale, men henvises til grusareal ved Sydport. Den sidste opbygningsdag skal AL aflæsning foregå
udendørs, da der slet ikke må forefindes biler i hallerne på
dette sene tidspunkt. Ved nedbrydning må indkørsel af vare/ transportvogne til haller og godsgård først foretages ca. 1
time efter, at udstillingen er lukket.
Har du store og tunge enheder, der skal ind på din stand,
•
skal du aftale det med Teknisk Udstillerservice i god tid inden
messen. På den måde kan enhederne eventuelt blive kørt
ind før opbygningen starter.
I opbygningsperioden skal gangarealerne så vidt muligt
•
holdes fri for passage.
Du skal selv sørge for aflæsning og transport til standen,
•
men du kan forud rekvirere truck- og vognassistance hos
speditøren. Hos speditøren kan du også få opbevaret tomgods (tomme papkasser osv.) under arrangementet.
TI 06.14
Vi gør i denne forbindelse opmærksom på, at tomgods, der er
placeret i gangarealerne, automatisk fjernes af speditøren den
sidste opbygningsdag (efter kl. 21.00). Det sker af hensyn til
rengøringen af gangarealerne. Du betaler selv for at få fjernet
tomgods. Derimod fjerner vi ikke tomgods fra dit standareal,
medmindre vi har lavet en aftale om dette.
The exhibitors will under no circumstances be allowed to sell
food or beverages from their stand.
Insurance / Responsibility
As Bella Center cannot be held responsible for the exhibitors’
property, we recommend that you take out the necessary insurance coverage. In case of theft Bella Center will not be held
responsible, as exhibitors property is not part of Bella Centers
insurance.
Vehicles in the halls, unloading, parking
In order to ensure that everybody has a fair chance of completing their stand build-up as quickly and with as few obstacles
as possible, there are certain practical rules to be observed
concerning vehicles in the exhibition halls:
•It is not possible to deliver goods to the stands prior to the
build-up period, unless an exemption for early build-up has
been granted. Alternatively, shipments may be delivered to
DSV Solutions’ warehouse in Bella Center. Please contact
the forwarding agent DSV Solutions for arrangements, and
information on pricing etc. (phone no. 00 45 32 47 30 17 /
e-mail: [email protected]).
•Vehicles are only permitted admittance into the halls during
buildup and break-down at the times determined by Bella
Center.
•Work passes or other ID must be shown at the main gate on
demand.
•Once unloading has been completed, vehicles are obliged to
park in the designated parking spaces outside or to leave the
BC premises. However, trailers and lorries must are only allowed to park on the gravel-area just outside the South Gate.
On the last day of build-up all unloading must take place
outdoors, as no vehicles are allowed inside the halls at this
time. Please note that on break-down vehicles cannot enter
the goods area/halls until one hour after the closing of the
event.
•Where large or heavy goods are to be moved into your
stand, you are advised to contact Technical Exhibitor Service
Department well in advance, so the necessary arrangements
can be made.
•During build-up gangways must be kept clear for passage.
•You are advised to make own arrangements regarding the
transport and unloading of goods to your stand. You are
more than welcome to contact the venue’s forwarding agent
with a view to ordering vehicle and truck assistance. The
agent will also be able to offer you storage facilities for your
empty packaging material during the event.
Please note that in order to clear the gangways for the cleaning
staff, empty packaging left in the gangways will automatically
be removed by our forwarding agents at 21.00 hrs on the
evening of the final day of build-up. You will be invoiced for this.
We will not remove empty packing materials from your stand
unless prior agreement has been made.

Ønsker du at spille musik på standen, skal du melde det direkte
til Koda og Gramex. Koda og Gramex er danske selskaber,
som administrerer copyrights for danske og internationale
komponister, forfattere og musikforlag, når deres musik bruges

Music, sound and motion pictures
If you wish music to be played on your stand, you are obliged
to inform Koda and Gramex of this, just as you must ensure
that their conditions are strictly adhered to. Koda and Gramex
are Danish societies that administer Danish and international
copyrights for composers, writers and music publishers, when
their musical work are performed in public. For further information please see www.koda.dk or www.gramex.dk

We recommend that you inform your neighbours of the nature
and frequency of the music/sound you in tend to reproduce. In
the event of complaints, either from the management or from
neighbouring stands, the volume must be reduced or turned off
completely.
Anvendes der spillefilm eller dele heraf på standen, skal udstiller søge tilladelse fra rettighedshaverne. Udstiller skal være
opmærksom på ophavsretlovens bestemmelser om offentlig
fremvisning, og kan sikre sig mod krav om erstatning fra rettighedshaverne ved at tegne en MPLC paraplylicens. En samlet
licens for mere end 400 filmproducenter og distributører kan
ansøges hos Motion Picture Licensing Company (MPLC A/S).

exhibitor must apply for a licence from copyright owner due to
public legislation on this matter. An MPLC Umbrella Licence
covers more than 400 motion picture producers and distributors

Opbyggede møderum inkl. møderum på stande
Et rum skal have to døre, der er placeret på modsatte væg fra
hinanden. På disse døre skal der placeres et godkendt nødskilt
med lys (løbende mand). Vi giver gerne pristilbud på produktion
af nødskiltene, såfremt dette ønskes. Reglen gælder både for
møderum inkl. pause- og loungeområder på stande, men ikke
for lagerrum.
Constructed meeting rooms and meeting rooms on stands
Each room must have 2 doors - one located on the opposite
wall to the other. On these doors an approved emergency sign
with light must be placed (running man). We will be able to provide you with a quote for the emergency signs upon request.
The rule applies for all meeting rooms including break and
lounge rooms on stands, but not for storage rooms.
Postpakker og øvrige godsleverancer til stande
Vi gør venligst opmærksom på følgende, når der sendes pakker til Bella Center med Post Danmark:

Please note that the following conditions apply when sending
packages to Bella Center via Post Danmark:
•Packages addressed to exhibition stands in Bella Center
will be received by DSV, who will store the deliveries for the

by DSV to the exhibitor.
•DSV is the official on-site freight forwarder at the Bella
Center and will smoothly handle any shipment of goods for
you. For information about the services available, delivery

•It is of course possible to have your goods delivered directly
to the stand without assistance from DSV. If this is the case
please ensure that the stand is manned at the time of delivery, since the goods otherwise will be delivered to DSV on-site
storage and thereby result in a charge to the exhibitor.

Alle udstillere i Bella Center er forpligtet til at overholde nedenstående regler, der er foreskrevet af myndighederne. Kravene
er stillet for at hindre katastrofale ulykker. Desuden skal alle
udstillere overholde Arbejdstilsynets regler, som er omtalt på
www.arbejdstilsynet.dk (telefon 70 12 12 88).
All exhibitors at Bella Center are obliged to observe a number
of regulations given by Danish Authorities. The regulations
are made in order to prevent disasters from happening here.
Furthermore, all exhibitors must comply with the regulations
made by The Danish Working Environment Authority mentioned on www.arbejdstilsynet.dk/en.
Bagrum
Anvendelse af kaffemaskiner, el-kedler, kopimaskiner (printere),
køleskabe og andre apparater, der udvikler varme i bagrum,
kan kun tillades, hvis der i bagrummet eller på standen opsættes en CO2 kulsyre håndslukker.
Backroom
The use of coffee machines, electric kettles, photocopiers
(printers), refrigerators and other heat-emitting machines in the
backroom is only permitted subject to the condition that a CO2
carbon dioxide hand extinguisher is set up in the backroom or
on the stand.
Bioethanolpejse
Hvis man ønsker at anvende bioethanol-pejs i Bella Center, skal denne være installeret i henhold til leverandørens
anvisninger og sikkerhedsbestemmelser. Evt. omhældning skal
ske udenfor udstillingens åbningstid og der må ikke forefindes
reservelager for væsker på standen. Hvis der stadig er væske
tilbage i pejsens brandkammer ved udstillingens lukketid, så
skal dette overdækkes, ligesom der skal være egnet slukningsmateriel tilgængelig på standen.
Bioethanol stove
To use a bioethanol stove at Bella Center, the stove must be installed in accordance with the supplier’s instructions and safety
regulations. Any fuel transfer must take place outside the fair’s
opening hours and there must be no reserve fuel stored on the
stand. If there is fuel left in the stove’s fire chamber when the
fair closes the chamber must be covered, and appropriate fire
extinguishing equipment must be available at the stand.
Brandfarlige væsker
I hallerne må der ikke være beholdere med eksplosive og
brandfarlige væsker, jf. dog ovenfor under Bioethanolpejse.
El-installationer
El-installationerne på standen skal være opsat i overensstemmelse med Sikkerhedsstyrelsens bestemmelser for installationer på udstillinger og stande. Disse findes på Sikkerhedsstyrelsens hjemmeside. Installationen skal udføres i henhold
til Stærkstrømbekendtgørelsens afsnit 6, nærmere beskrevet
i kapitel 711. Hvis disse bestemmelser ikke overholdes, kan
Bella Center se sig nødsaget til at afbryde el-forsyningen til
standen. Eventuelle følgeomkostninger og ansvarsdækning i
denne forbindelse er Bella Center uvedkommende.
Emballage
Tom brændbar emballage skal fjernes fra hallen hurtigst muligt.
Etagestand, høje podier eller konstruktioner med tungt
gods
Hvis man ønsker at bygge en stand i 2-etagers højde eller
anvende høje podier på standområdet, så skal udstiller via
Bella Centers tekniske afdeling søge om godkendelse hos bygningsmyndighederne. Det samme gælder ved brug af konstruktioner med tungt gods. Den skriftlige ansøgning skal følges af
tekniske tegninger og evt. billedmateriale, og indsendes inden
teknisk deadline nævnt i de tekniske standinformationer. Det er
desuden vigtigt at notere sig, at 2 etages stande altid skal have
2 trappe udgange.
IT udstyr på stande
Alle IT-forbindelser og trådløse netværk, der anvendes på Bella
Centers område, skal bestilles gennem Bella Centers Teknisk
Udstilllerservice. Der må ikke opstilles egne trådløse netværk
uden godkendelse fra Bella Center IT, ligesom IT-forbindelser
leveret af Bella Center heller ikke må deles med tredjepart.
Køretøjer
Der skal søges om tilladelse til at have biler på standen i dekorationsøjemed.
For benzindrevne bilers vedkommende må benzintanken maksimalt indeholde 5 liter benzin, benzindækslet skal være aflåst,
akkumulatoren skal være afkoblet og nøglerne skal om natten

The Authorities
Inflammable liquids
Nothing containing inflammable or explosive liquids, may be
brought into the halls. However, please see above for information on bioethanol stoves.
Electrical installations
The electrical installations on the stand must be set up in
accordance with the Danish Safety Technology Authority’s
regulations for installations at fairs and stands. These are
available on the Authority’s website. The installation must be
performed in accordance with Section 6 of the Danish Heavy
Current Regulations, described in further detail in Chapter 711.
If these regulations are not complied with, Bella Center can find
it necessary to shut off the electricity supply to the stand. Any
consequential costs and insurance claims arising shall be no
concern of Bella Center.
Packaging
Empty flammable packaging shall be removed from the hall as
quickly as possible.
Elevated stands, high podiums or structures with heavy
goods
If there is a requirement to build a stand at a height of two
storeys, or to use high podiums in the stand area, the exhibitor shall via Bella Center’s technical department apply for
authorisation from the building authorities. The same applies to
the use of structures with heavy goods. The written application
must include technical drawings and any photographic material,
and must be submitted within the technical deadline stated in
the technical stand information. It is also important to note that
two-storey stands must always have two stairway exits.
IT equipment on the stand
All IT connections and wireless networks used in Bella Center’s
area must be ordered via Bella Center’s Technical Exhibitor
Service. Own wireless networks may not be installed without
the authorisation of Bella Center IT, just as IT connections provided by Bella Center may not be shared with a third party.
Vehicles
If vehicles are to be exhibited on the stand a permit must be
applied for.
For fuel-driven vehicles, the petrol tank may hold maximum 5
litres of petrol, the petrol cap must be locked and the accumulator must be disconnected. In addition, at night the keys must be

låses mekanisk af en pal af stål, der er i indgreb med gearkassen. Endvidere skal nøglen være fjernet fra tændingssystemet
og håndbremsen skal være aktiveret.
Brintbiler kan ikke accepteres på standen.
Gasbiler kan accepteres på de sædvanlige betingelser, der
gælder for benzin- eller dieseldrevne biler. Derudover er det en
betingelse, at bilens gastank gøres trykløs.

In the case of electrical vehicles, the exhibitor must provide
documentation so that the following can be approved: Factorymanufactured electrical vehicles must be provided with a
mechanical, cable-deactivated parking brake. The gearbox
must also be mechanically locked by a steel latch that engages
with the gearbox. The key must be removed from the ignition
system and the handbrake must be activated.
Hydrogen vehicles cannot be accepted on the stand.
Gas vehicles may be accepted at same terms set for cars using
petrol and diesel. However, the gas tank must be depressurized.
Levende lys
Der er stemningsfyldt at anvende levende lys på stande, men
samtidig kan det være yderst risikabelt. Derfor er det af afgørende betydning, at lysene ikke kan vælte og at de placeres i
ikke-brandbar stage på ikke-brandbart underlag. Lysene må ikke
placeres i et overdækket område, der må ikke være tekstiler i
nærheden og de må ikke kunne dryppe. Netop fordi de udgør en
stor sikkerhedsrisiko, kan Bella Center og/eller Brandvæsenet
på forlangende kræve lysene slukket.
Candles
Candles help to create a cosy atmosphere in stands, but they
can also present a significant fire risk. It is therefore vital that
the candles cannot be knocked over and are placed in nonflammable holders on a non-flammable base. The candles may
not be placed in a covered area, there must be no textiles in
the vicinity, and it must not be possible for the candles to drip.
Since they present a major safety risk, Bella Center and/or the
Fire Service may require candles to be extinguished.
Møderum/lukkede rum
Der skal etableres to udgange fra lukkede rum, såfremt de
benyttes som opholds-, møde- og konferencerum. Hvis der er
tale om små rum til under 10 personer, kan der dispenseres for
de to udgange, når blot væggene ikke bygges helt til loft og der
opsættes nødudgangsskiltning over dør.
Meeting rooms/Closed rooms
Two exits must be established from closed rooms if they are
used as general rooms, or as meeting or conference rooms. In
the case of small rooms for less then ten people, the requirement of two exits can be dispensed with, as long as the walls
are not built right up to the ceiling and there are emergency exit
signs above doors.
Madlavning
På alle stande, hvor der laves egentlig mad (dvs. hvor der er
kogeplader og gasblus) skal der være 6 kg Co2-slukker og
brandtæppe.
Cooking
On all booths where actual cooking is being made, that is
where hotplates are installed, there must be access to a 6 kg
fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.
Materialebrug
Ingen materialer i standopbygningen må være mere brandbare
end træ. Undlad derfor papir, pap, plastprodukter, kunstige
blomster/dekorationer/planter m.m., som er let antændelige,
eksplosive, smelter, drypper eller som ved brand udvikler giftige
luftarter eller store mængder røg. Kunstige planter kan evt.
imprægneres.
Materials
No stand or display material may be more flammable than
wood. You should therefore avoid paper, cardboard, plastic,
artificial flowers, etc., which are easily ignitable or explosive,
which can melt, drip, develop toxic gasses or produce excessive amounts of smoke. If artificial flowers are used on a stand
they must be made fireproof.
Trægulve udlagt som riste med mellemrum og især med
underliggende hulrum er ikke tilladt. Lægger man eget tæppe
på standen, skal tæppet have én af følgende godkendelser, der
skal kunne dokumenteres på forlangende:

Mixerpulte
Ved mixerpulte skal der opstilles en egnet håndildslukker (CO2
slukker).
Mixer pult
When using a mixer pult on the stand you are required to place
a practical fire extinguisher next to it.
Nødudgange og brandslanger
Ingen udstiller må beklæde, skjule eller lukke nødudgange,
brandslanger, brandskabe og brandalarmer. man må heller ikke
placere udstillingsgenstande i gangarealer eller foran nødudgange.
Emergency exits and fire hoses
Exhibitors may not decorate, conceal, obstruct or lock the
emergency exits, fire hoses, fire cabinets or fire alarms. The
exhibited products may neither be placed in the gangways or in
front of emergency exits.
Overdækkede stande
Alle udstillingsområder er forsynet med et sprinklersystem. Derfor må man kun overdække sin stand med brandimprægneret
og vandgennemtrængeligt stout eller ostelærred. Det kan evt.
også udføres med faste materialer eller som kassette/lamellofter
Covered stands
All fair areas are provided with a fire sprinkler system. Therefore a stand may only be covered with fireproofed and waterpermeable ”fabric”. It may also be covered with fixed materials
or with an evenly distributed panelled/louvered ceiling – but

jævnt fordelt – dog højst dækkende 40% af det overdækkede
areal.
Alle stande, som bygges i 2 etager, skal sprinkles – herunder
også vandtætte lofter, øvrige lukkede rum samt biler og containere med videre, som ikke indgår som salgsemne på standen.
Egentlige salgsemner kan der dispenseres for, hvis de ikke
overstiger 9 m².
All stands built in two storeys must be covered by a sprinkler
system – including watertight ceilings, other closed rooms, and
vehicles and skips, etc. that are not sales articles on the stand.
Dispensation may be granted for actual sales items if they do
not exceed 9 m².
Sprinklingen kan udføres af Bella Center iflg. tilbud. Tilslutningen til sprinklerhovedrør skal altid udføres af Bella Center – den
resterende del af sprinklingen kan udføres af en autoriseret
installatør efter eget valg, og i henhold til SKAFORs regler.
The sprinkler system can be undertaken by Bella Center on
the basis of quotation. Connection to main sprinkler pipes must
always be undertaken by Bella Center – the rest of the sprinkler
system may be installed by an authorised technician as chosen
by the exhibitor, in accordance with the Danish SKAFOR
regulations.
Trykflasker
Har man brug for F-gas (flaskegas) på en udstilling, skal man
give besked til Teknisk Afdeling, senest 4 uger før udstillingen
åbner. Der skal mindst være 12 m mellem F-gasanlæg, og der
må kun opstilles én gasflaske á 11 kg samt én reserveflaske på
brugsstedet. Vi opsætter synlig tekst med ordlyden: Trykflasker
fjernes ved brand.
Bottled gas
If you intend to use F-gas (bottled gas) on your stand, the
Technical Department must be informed at least 4 weeks prior
to the opening of the event. A minimum distance of 12 meters
must be maintained between each F-gas installation, and only
one 11 kilos gas bottle together with one reserve bottle may be
present at any single installation. We will provide a sign which
must remain clearly visible at all times stating ”Trykflasker fjernes ved brand” (Gas bottles to be removed in the event of fire).
Sammen med F-gassen skal der være en 6 kg pulverslukker,
som også skal have synlig skiltning. Hver dag, når udstillingen
lukker, skal man flytte F-gas fra standen til et godkendt udendørsområde. Teknisk Afdeling
anviser, hvor området er. Der må heller ikke være andre former
for trykflasker på standen uden en speciel tilladelse fra Teknisk
Afdeling. I øvrigt skal opstilling af anlæg med F-gas ske efter de
tekniske forskrifter for F-gas, ligesom F-gas installationerne skal
være i overensstemmelse med gasreglementet.
Trykflasker, der skal tjene et dekorationsformål, skal være udført
som attrapper.

Along with the F-gas, a 6 kilo powder extinguisher, complete
with clearly legible instructions, must be provided. Each
evening, when the event closes, the bottled gas must be
removed to an area outside the hall, which has been allocated
by the Technical Department. No other types of pressure flasks
must be present on the stand without the prior permission of
the Technical Department.
Furthermore, F-gas equipment must always be installed in
compliance with the Gas Regulations.
