 Student Test Engine and Testing Site Manager (TSM)
 Windows XP (SP3)/Vista/7/8.1
 Mac OS 10.6.8 through 10.9
 Linux Ubuntu 12.04 & 12.04.1 – 32- or 64-bit with Gnome 3.4 with
Unityshell
 Processor: 1 Ghz minimum
 Memory: 512 MB minimum; 1 GB or more recommended
 Display: 9.5+ inch monitors with a resolution of at least 800 x 600
 Connectivity: Able to connect to the Internet
 Note: Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) is not supported to run the TSM

Before and During Online Testing
 Before Testing
 Review the DRC INSIGHT Online Learning System Technology User






Guide.
Uninstall the old TSM (or LCS) software
Uninstall the old INSIGHT software
Install the new TSM software
Install the new INSIGHT software
Start the TSM and ‘name’ it using following naming convention:
district+school+location in building
Complete a System Readiness Check on each testing computer
 During Testing
 On the first day of testing, verify that all tests display a status of Up to
Date in the TSM
 During testing, monitor student responses on the TSM
