How to find your way: FSN Copenhagen
From Copenhagen airport Kastrup to the city center:
Metro: At the far end of the arrival hall at the airpot, you go up some stairs and find the
metro. Take metro line M2 (direction towards Vanløse), and get off at Nørreport station,
which is one of the most central stations (about 15 minutes from the airport). From
Nørreport, you can change to s-train and regional train.
Regional train: if you are staying close to Copenhagen Central Station, it is easier to take
the regional train (”Øresundstog”). Access to the platform for the regional train is also in
the arrival hall, underground.
Sneglen, Kastrup Søbad
(Thursday morning):
No. 1 on the map
Amager Strandvej 301
2770 Kastrup
Take metro line M2 (direction toward
Lufthavnen) and get off at Femøren
station. Turn right (towards the sea)
and walk to about 10 minutes.
Sneglen is a board walk and bathing jetty.
Bring your swimsuit and towel if you want a dip!
Urban Planen, no. 2 (Thursday morning):
Bondegården & Byggeren, Peder Lykkesvej 71-73, 2300 København S
There will be a bus to pick us up at Sneglen
and bring us to Urban Planen.
Multi Hall, University of Copenhagen Amager campus (KUA), no. 3:
Metro: take metro line M1 (direction towards
Vestamager) and get off at Islands Brygge
station. Turn right on Njalsgade and walk for
about 7 minutes.
Thursday between lunch and 2 pm you can
walk from Urban planten (no. 2 on the map) to
the university campus (no. 3 on the map) in
about 25 minutes.
Teaterøen (Theatre Island), Refshaleøen, Williams Wains Gade 11, no. 4:
There will be a bus to pick us up at the university campus
on Thursday evening and bring us to Teaterøen for
reception and performance with Heaven: Music4Giants.
Public Transport from Refshaleøen to
Copenhagen Centre
Bus 40 from Refshalevej 147 (no. 5 on the map)
to various stops in Copenhagen Centre.
Waterbus service waterbus 991 running every ten
minutes from Refshaleøen waterbusstop (no. 6
on the map) to New Harbour and the Royal
Library on the Copenhagen side of the Harbour.
