SOW. If discrepancies exist, they must be resolved before the project can proceed. (preparation call)
Review business scenarios per project scope: Review the business scenarios with the project team during the kickoff workshop
or a specific business scenario workshop. Both the implementation partner and the customer should agree that the processes
meet the requirements.
Request solution configuration related values: Request solution configuration related values during the business scenario
reviews. By requesting early in the project, the customer has extra time to decide before configuration takes place.
Resolve any business process gaps: Resolve any business process gaps that were identified during the workshops. This is
critical since a change orders maybe required.
Integration Readiness
Confirm integration pre-requisites for systems, security and infrastructure: Compare the recommended system requirements
document with the Customer's IT infrastructure and identify if any action items are needed to comply. Confirm that the
integration pre-requisites for the existing systems, security and infrastructure have been met before proceeding. Also use the
Cloud Computing Readiness Assessment (CCRA) tool to validate onsite network and IT infrastructure.
Review integration requirements: Review master data replication and business scenario data synchronization requirements.
Confirm integration directions and systems of record.
Confirm fields to be integrated and request mapping: Confirm the fields that will be integrated from each system by reviewing
the list of fields for the related scope. Non-standard fields required are identified. Non-standard fields or new integration
requirements will require custom development along with the standard integration.

process required. Download the necessary migration templates and instructions. Eliminate unnecessary or obsolete data in
legacy data to reduce data volumes. Assign a dedicated contact to manage the data migration activities and ensure proficiency
with the data migration tool
Extract and cleanse data: Extract data from legacy systems and populate migration templates. Cleanse and reformat as
necessary. Run data validation and import simulation in Cloud system.
Import data: Perform tool based data upload, validation, mapping, import simulation and actual import in a sequence defined in
the cutover schedule. Perform manual data input as per the cutover schedule. Verify that the imported data is complete and
accurate. For manual migration, extract and cleanse data from legacy system. For interfaced data sources, run the initial data
