Aarhus Cyklebane organises the Jørgen Leths Æresløb (Jørgen Leths Honorary Race)
UCI CL3 for Men and Women Elite, 13. – 15. August 13th to 15th 2015. Following rules
applies for the event:
Competition venue: The velodrome of Aarhus, a 333 1/3 meter outdoor concrete track.

Regulations: all events shall be conducted in accordance with the latest version of the UCI
regulations.
Penalties: UCI scale of penalties is the only one applicable shall apply to this event.
Anti doping, in case of anti-doping test, will these be conducted in the dressing rooms on
the stands 2nd floor.
Tranings: the track will be open for training on Monday 10th, Tuesday 11th, Wednesday
12th, and Thursday August 13th.

Participation at the Jørgen Leths Honorary Race 2015 is open to national teams, track
teams, regional teams and clubs.
The competition will include following disciplines:
Sprint Men Elite: UCI-track regulations article; § 3. Maximum participation is limited
40 riders. In case of more than 40 entrants, UCI rankings pr. July 20th will be determining
for participation.
Keirin Men Elite: UCI-track regulations article; § 8. Maximum participation is limited
36 riders. In case of more than 36 entrants, UCI rankings pr. July 20th will be determining
for participation.
Omnium Men & Women Elite: UCI-track regulations article; § 16. Maximum
participation is limited to 36 riders in both men and women races. In case of more than
36 entrants, UCI rankings pr. July 20th will be determining for participation.
Danish National Championship Men Junior:

3. Entering:

Entry form, including names of riders etc., substitutes, accompanying members shall
reach the organiser no later than on Monday July 20th 2015, to the following e-mail:

[email protected]. Entrants for all the events shall hold an UCI license issued
by a federation affiliated to the UCI.
Confirmation of the commitment: Monday July 27th 2015.
Race Secretary: will be located in the stands 2nd floor, in the C.K. Aarhus “club house”.
The race secretary will be open from Wednesday August 12th 2015, from 14.00 to 20.00.
There will be signs pointing to location.
License and starters verification – distribution of race numbers: team managers must
verify the riders to participate in each discipline, Wednesday 12th from 14.00 to 19.00 or
Thursday 13th from 12.00 to 16.00. Team managers must present riders license.
Team Managers Meeting: the managers meeting will be held in restaurant on the stands
third floor, Wednesday August 12th at 20.00. There will be signs pointing to the location.
Commissaries Panel: TBA.
