forelagt på møde i EU Cross Boarder Committee –
04.02.2015
- Primært er kommenteret definitioner og uklare
punkter med forslag til forbedringer og med
angivelse af retfærdiggørelse for ændringerne
- Forslag til reorganisering af tekst i visse afsnit
for at skabe klarhed over kravene

• Som udgangspunkt gælder NC RfG kun for nye anlæg
• Ved ændringer på eksisterende anlæg (ny net-tilslutningsaftalen), skal TSO i
samarbejde med NRA bestemme, hvilke dele af NC RfG anlægget skal opfylde
• Mulighed for at gøre NC RfG gældende over for eksisterende anlæg
• Hvert tredje år kan kravene til eksisterende anlæg revurdere i forhold til NC
RfG. Interessenter skal adviseres inden undersøgelse igangsættes

Hvad er formålet med NC HVDC?
The NC HVDC will set out the rules for managing HVDC
lines and connections to them. The objective of the NC
HVDC is threefold:
1. To ensure that HVDC technology contributes to system
security and does as much as possible to promote the
integration of renewable energy sources (RES);
2. To promote the coordinated development of HVDC
infrastructure as its use becomes more prevalent; and
3. To facilitate competition in the provision of HVDC
technology.
