Due to popular demand Aileen will now be taking another PILATES class on a Monday at 12:15. We've also added an RPM
Xpress for you on Friday at 10.15am. Thursday STRETCH & BAND has an earlier start time of 9.00am to allow members to
enjoy AquaFit Gentle afterwards. Don't forget Mon 3 Nov we are open 8:00am-6:00pm (this also means no classes).

A fusion of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, this flexibility and strength workout will leave you feeling calm,
centered and in control.

A quick and effective workout, aimed at tightening and toning your core. Improved strength and benefits
balance, mobility and injury prevention.

A combo class of half BodyPump, to strengthen and tone major muscle groups, and half CX Worx, to
target specific core strength. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it!

Specially designed for older adults, this kettlebell class will safely, simply and progressively improve your
overall strength and joint movement, making everyday activities easier.

Pilates lengthens & stretches all the major muscle groups in your body in a balanced fashion. It focuses
on concentration and breathing to control movements and will aid in flexibility and overall wellbeing.

The perfect class no matter your fitness level, it's focused on improving mobility, core strength and
functional movement. Great for those interested in progressing to more technical classes like Pilates and
BodyBalance.

Power bands will switch on your stabilising muscles and you'll use elastics, which can move in ways other
resistance tools can't. The movements in this class will be functional and important in your everyday health
and wellbeing.
Short for HIPS-ABS-THIGHS this is a low impact, aerobic, core and lower body workout, using some
simple pieces of resistance equipment. Perfect for increasing overall fitness, tightening and strengthening
those troublesome spots!

An indoor cycling class where you are led through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and intervals.
Control your own resistance and sweat as much as you like!

This is perfect for beginners, who want to try out a cycle class but aren't used to sitting in the saddle. And
also great for advanced members, who want a high intensity work out. Both levels are catered for in this
quick class.

A fun class that will have you splashing your way to a better body. Perfect for all fitness levels, whether
you’re a beginner, a non-swimmer or an athlete!

A high energy workout, that will pump your heart rate & work all major muscle groups, with no joint impact.
Held in deep (floatation belts provided) & shallow water, all fitness levels will be challenged.

Let the water unload your joints and increase your range of movement, balance and mobility. A gentle,
supportive class, suitable for all fitness levels, and specifically designed for older adults.
An updated class, focusing on deep core and pelvic floor exercises, as well as cardio and muscle fitness.
Still suitable for pregnant ladies, it now also benefits new mothers, and anyone wanting to get some
serious benefits from a water based core workout.

Public Holiday - Monday 3 November - no classes, but we are open 8.00am - 6.00pm
Tim & Ria are away in New Zealand for a couple of weeks fine tuning their impressive Les Mills training skills. Our newly qualified
instructors have been working extremely hard on their choreography and will be doing an amazing job of covering classes whilst
they are away.
Timetables are updated on the first Monday of the month.
