--ABS & CORE (30 min) Cut to the Core is packed full of core-focused exercises that aim to improve the way you feel and live. This all-new core workout
defines your abs, strengthens your back and improves your posture for a healthier lifestyle. Challenge your core like never before as you improve your balance,
strength, and tone.
--BASIC STEP (60 min) Basic step aerobics taught at a moderate pace with an emphasis on proper form.
--STEP INTERVAL(60 min) Whole body workout with a combination of step choreography and sets of strength training to keep your heart rate up as you tone
your muscles
--20/20/20 (60 min) 20 minutes of Step, 20 minutes of Kick Boxing, and 20 minutes of Body Sculpting all in one class.
--BODY BLAST (30 - 40 min) Entire body workout using a variety of equipment and body weight.
--CARDIO LINE DANCING (45 min) Advanced cardiovascular workout incorporating fun line dances.
--LINE DANCING (45 min) Cardiovascular workout incorporating fun line dances.
--CYCLING (30 - 40 min) Group cycling session to improve cardiovascular endurance. Classes are held in the cycle room.
--TREADING (45 min) Group fitness class on treadmills combining variations of incline and speed.
--FLEX & STRETCH (30-45 min) A relaxing class that combines breathing, balance & stretching to improve flexibility, body alignment and soothe stiff joints and
tight muscles.
--KB (Aero-Box) (45 min) Non-contact cardio kickboxing class using kick and punch combinations that focus on fat burning and muscle conditioning.
--RISE & TONE (30 min) A varied strength training session to build muscle and develop strength and endurance.
--SERIOUS CURVES (60 min) A combination of bands, weights, body bars and steps to strengthen and shape your body.
--SUPER SIZZLE(30 min) This class is designed to provide straight 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise to help improve your overall cardiovascular endurance.
--TOTAL BODY WORKOUT(30 min) Instructor’s choice total body workout incorporating body sculpting, Pilates, balls, body bars, weights, and more.
--ZUMBA (60 min) Cardiovascular workout using a variety of Latin and hip hop dances.
--ZUMBA GOLD is a series of fitness programs specifically designed from original ZUMBA Program for the active older adult, the beginner participant, and
other special populations that may need modifications for success. It is easy and effective and great for the mind, body and soul of this active older adult
population.
--HATHA YOGA (60 min) Class includes bodily postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation to make the spine supple, improve circulation, stretch and align
the body, promote balance and flexibility, and bring about a clear and peaceful mind.
--WEIGHT TRAINING (60 min) Group class that focuses primarily on upper and lower body weight training. Abdominal and core work will also be
incorporated into classes as well occasional interval training.
Most classes are designed to accommodate individuals of all levels.
