We expect approximately 1,600 attendees and 340 exhibitors at this year's
Suppliers' Night. If you want to exhibit, we encourage you to complete the
registration form as soon as possible because we expect the exhibitor booth space

Volunteer Information
The success of Supplier's Night is greatly dependent on volunteers. Volunteers will
help organize check in tables, check in guests, distribute information, etc. We need
volunteers to help things run smoothly.
Volunteers can sign up for 2 hour blocks throughout the event. If you're interested

Registration & Driving Range open for all players beginning at 10:30 am.

Boxed Lunches available
Shotgun Start at 1:00 pm
Dinner and Awards immediately following the tournament.
(Approximately 6:00 - 6:30 pm)

Golfer Fee: $150.00 (Includes: green fees, golf cart, range balls, boxed lunch,
sleeve of balls, 2 drink tickets, 1 raffle ticket, one free toss from off the green.)
Non Golfer Fee: $25.00 (includes meal and one raffle ticket)
Rental Clubs are available. Cost $40. They have a limited number of golf clubs,
so if needed, please make arrangements ahead of time, or they may not be
available. You can request Rental clubs when you register online or call the
golf course and make arrangements. If you call the golf course, make sure you
give them your name and they know you are with the LIFT tournament on
October 29, 2014. Payment for the rental clubs will be required when they are
picked up.

Door Prizes: Door prizes are still needed. Anything that is donated will be greatly
appreciated. Door prize donations can be sent to Lisa Whitner (see contact info
below), brought the day of the event, or sent to the golf course labeled "For LIFT".

Corporate QA Manager
Job Summary:
Manage, oversee Corporate Quality Systems and Plant Quality Assurance
Managers to ensure food safety and quality systems are in place and adhered
to in US, Mexico, and South American facilities. Provide leadership to
managers with emphasis on customer requirements, continuous
improvement, productivity, product safety and regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions:
Ensure the Quality Assurance Management Systems are established,
implemented, and maintain its effectiveness in accordance with overall
company business goals.
Experience and knowledgeable in HACCP, GMPs, Sanitation, Pest
Control.
Oversee Safe Quality Food (SQF) certifications for all facilities.
Manage complaints, complaint handling, tracking, and trending
Ensure external audits are scheduled, and plant/facility preparedness
with appropriate follow up
Conduct supplier audits when necessary for the supplier approval
program
Must be able to travel to facilities in Mexico, Peru and Chile
Requirements (Education, Experience):
BS in Food Service, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in quality assurance management in
food manufacturing
Formal HACCP training
Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
Bilingual (Spanish & English) strongly preferred
Excellent written and communication skills

Education and Experience
