NOTES: Because you may compete in a division higher than your PDGA rating permits (example - a player with a rating of 917 [MA2 criteria] may play in MA1, an amateur
may play in a pro division. The entry fee includes $1 for Ace Pool, $4 for A-Tier PDGA fee, and $5 for LVDGC fee. Remember to deduct $5 if a 2015 LVDGC member! Must
