All middle school students should make plans to attend from 7pm 10pm. Wear your costume! We will have door prizes, a best costume prize and a "Thriller " dance competition. Students need to get their groups together and start practicing! Students will be able to purchase a variety of food and drinks, as well as crazy pictures from a "haunted photo booth". We are still in need of pumpkins and Halloween decorations to complete our chiller of an event! Thanks to all who have contributed. Proceeds from this event will be used for future student activities. Meet Our Teachers Ms. Renee Verdine has been working at Center Middle School as an ESL teacher for 34 years. She attended three universities, including Baylor, SFA, and Sam Houston State. Her favorite thing about working with students is that most of them want to learn and are very nice and thoughtful. She has eleven dogs, two horses as well as Brahman cows! Her favorite quote is, “Hard work pays rich dividends.” In one word, she thinks CMS is ‘AWESOME’! Coach Alex Cloudy is new to the CMS campus, but not to Center ISD. He grew up in Center, graduating from CHS in 2009. He is an East Texas Baptist University Alumni. His mother is CMS Assistant Principal, Felicia Cloudy. Coach Cloudy says CMS is an amazing place to be. His favorite quote is, “It is what it is, until you MAKE it something more!” We are always pleased to see our CHS grads come back to their hometown to make a difference in the lives of our students. Welcome, Coach Cloudy! 2 #cmsridernation CMS COLLEGIATE DAY Gig ‘Em, Olivia! Gig ‘Em, Hook ‘Em, Wreck ‘Em, Axe ‘Em.
