Evita is an Associate within the firm’s Investment Funds practice.
Evita works with clients including international alternative asset managers, financial groups, fund
promoters, institutional investors and major fund managers. She provides advice across a range of
projects including the establishment and structuring of investment vehicles, with a particular emphasis
on specialised investment funds (SIF) and investment companies in risk capital (SICAR), specific
portfolio compositions and liquidity issues, as well as the AIFMD impacts on the fund industry. She
is further involved in the set-up of UCITS funds, master-feeder and fund of fund structures.
Evita is a member of the ELSA Lawyers’ Society. A Greek national, Evita speaks French, English,
German, Spanish and Greek.

Professional experience
While practicing law in Brussels and in Athens for several years, she has further assisted the
European Commission in internal market cases before the Court of Justice of the EU. Prior to
joining OPF Partners, Evita worked for a Big Four in Luxembourg where she was member of the
EU Center of Excellence for Investment Funds & Tax Adviser for Financial Services clients.
