CHESTER BOWL IMPROVEMENT CLUB
OUR PARK IS A PLACE OF FUN, PEACE & SAFETY.
ABUSE AND HARASSMENT ARE NOT TOLERATED.
OBJECTIVE: To provide a safe and peaceful environment for all park users.
DEFINITION: Abuse and harassment include any physical, mental, emotional or psychological
violation of the boundaries of others. This includes, but is not limited to: Physical harassment –
Sexual harassment - Religious harassment -Racial harassment -Taunting, Intimidation and
Stalking - Verbal abuse, including name calling and swearing -Lack of sensitivity, courtesy,
respect, “Good Sportsmanship” and decency.
CONSEQUENCES:
1st offense – Warning
2nd offense – Loss of skiing privileges for one half hour.
3rd offense - Loss of skiing privileges for the day, must leave ski hill, and parents must talk to
program coordinator for readmission.
4th offense - Loss of skiing privileges for one week, must leave ski hill, and parents must talk to
program coordinator for readmission.
5th offense - Loss of skiing privileges for two weeks, must leave ski hill and parents must talk to
program coordinator for readmission.
6th offense - Loss of skiing privileges for the season.

Ski Rental Agreement
I accept for use as is the equipment listed on this form and accept full
responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in my possession
and agree to reimburse the lessor for any loss or damage other than
reasonable wear resulting from use.

Volunteer Commitment
Volunteers make the Chester Bowl Ski Program so successful. Your
cooperation is needed to keep it this way! It is critical you follow
through with your commitment.
1. When you sign up to volunteer for a specific time slot and/or
activity—such as working the concession stand, serving as a race
gatekeeper, etc.—you are responsible to fulfill that commitment. If
you are unable to do so, you must find your own replacement. A list
of volunteers will be posted on the chalet’s bulletin board, next to

Nestled on five acres of beautiful woods, the
Chester Bowl Alpine Hill offers a double chairlift with a capacity of 960 skiers/hour and 175
feet of vertical drop over its 800 foot length.
