OBJECTIVE: To provide a safe and peaceful environment for all park users. DEFINITION: Abuse and harassment include any physical, mental, emotional or psychological violation of the boundaries of others. This includes, but is not limited to: Physical harassment – Sexual harassment - Religious harassment -Racial harassment -Taunting, Intimidation and Stalking - Verbal abuse, including name calling and swearing -Lack of sensitivity, courtesy, respect, “Good Sportsmanship” and decency. CONSEQUENCES: 1st offense – Warning 2nd offense – Loss of skiing privileges for one half hour. 3rd offense - Loss of skiing privileges for the day, must leave ski hill, and parents must talk to program coordinator for readmission. 4th offense - Loss of skiing privileges for one week, must leave ski hill, and parents must talk to program coordinator for readmission. 5th offense - Loss of skiing privileges for two weeks, must leave ski hill and parents must talk to program coordinator for readmission. 6th offense - Loss of skiing privileges for the season.
