The biennial Quilts and Tea Festival is an opportunity to experience some of the finest in quilting and tea
tasting while promoting your product at the event and through marketing with the Central Florida Visitors
Bureau and Sports Marketing. This bureau markets Central Florida around the world and to people that
would not otherwise see your product. Sales are important, but marketing and getting the word out about
what you have to offer is paramount. What a great way to say “Here I Am”. We look forward to your being
a part of Davenport’s Quilts and Tea Festival.

Booth space is very limited and will be awarded by earliest postmark. The committee accepts only applications that represent fine products relating to Quilts and Tea. Right of refusal of any vendor not in keeping
with theme or quality desired by Festival Committee is understood.
NO FLEA MARKET OR YARD SALE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED!!!!
INDOOR BOOTH space ( approx. 10 X 10) $75.00 per space. Electric: $10.00 additional. All tables,
chairs, set up and dismantling is responsibility of Vendor.
OUTDOOR BOOTH space (approx. 10 X 10) $60.00 per space. No Electric. All tables, chairs, set up and
dismantling is responsibility of Vendor. Tent Covering or Umbrellas are required for all outdoor vendors.
White is preferred for tent. NO OPEN TABLES ALLOWED. VENDORS RESPONSIBILE FOR ALLTAXES.
BOOTH SET UP: Booths may be set up on Thursday. Indoor must be between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. All
booths must be ready by 8:30 am on Friday.. RETURNING VENDOR: $50.00 ( Outdoor Vendor)
MAKE & TAKE DEMONSTRATIONS: Please indicate on application the charge for make and take project.
SECURITY: While we have Police & Firemen in area at all times, full security will be overnight on Fri. ONLY
All indoor booths will be locked at all times Thursday and Friday night.
Please be sure to list product category. If NOT a returning vendor please attach a photo of product/booth.

VENDOR AGREEMENT
Rules & Regulations:
The Quilts and Tea Committee and the City of Davenport shall provide vendors with designated space the day of the
event and the location shall be at their sole discretion. Each space shall be approximately 10 X 10 or as otherwise
negotiated between the Committee and the Vendor. Vendors will be assigned booth space on a first come first
served basis. Due to safety reasons, ALL VEHICLES MUST be out of the area prior to the start time of the event
and will not be allowed to reenter until after the close of the event and foot traffic is dispersed, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Vendors shall be responsible for display materials, including tables, canopies, umbrellas & tents. Vendors are encouraged to make their display sturdy and wind resistant and to keep rolls of plastic on hand in case of rain. The
Quilts and Tea Committee nor the City of Davenport or volunteers will not be responsible for loss or damage to any
property. Each vendor shall take all necessary precautions to protect valuables. Vendors MUST keep their designated area clean and provide trash bags for your vending materials. At the close of the event all garbage must be taken
with you.

The Quilts and Tea Committee and the City of Davenport reserves the right to reject any business without reason. The undersigned agrees that he/she has read and understood the rules and regulations f
the event and will be able t comply withal of the rules and regulations described. The undersigned understands noncompliance will result in removal f the activity from the streets and venue. The undersigned also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Quits and Tea Committee and the City of Davenport, volunteers and the building owners and tenants of any/all
Liabilities.
