Also, keep in mind that each application is a request to have a space at the show. A confirmation or denial of the request will be sent to each vendor once we have reviewed sufficient applications to start balancing the show, usually in mid July. Booth Description (Please give an adequate description so review committee knows what you have done to make this custom and unique product you wish to sell at this festival. This is of the utmost importance for new vendor prospects. A detailed list of the items that you will display for sale 2. Four photographs representing the items that you will display for sale, at least one photo of your stocked booth (photos will be returned to you in your vendor package when you check in on the day of the show). 3. Appropriate Fees N Please Remember: Lassen View School is a Tobacco Free and Alcohol Free Zone and Pet Free, and therefore, neither will be permitted on the premises. Each vendor is asked to contribute one of his or her products to the Dairyville Orchard Festival Committee for a raffle. A tag will be provided to you so it will be clearly marked showing that you have made the donation and which booth space your products are located. Your contribution should be submitted to the Information Booth prior to the Festival opening time of 10:00a.m. or during check in. ID tag provided by Committee. The Dairyville Orchard Festival Committee will be the only vendor permitted to sell raffle tickets of any kind. All vendor boxes and containers must be kept covered, and all tables must be covered with tablecloths. Each booth must be covered with a 10 x 10 tent canopy and vendors should come prepared to secure their booths for the appropriate weather conditions. Generators and pets will not be permitted. No tables or electricity will be provided.
