DIACONATE ORDINATION:
Cathedral 10am Saturday 15th November.
Neil Daculan will be one of the new Permanent Deacons Ordained.
Neil will be joining us to exercise his ministry on weekends.
Neil lives locally in Mulgrave and
I know you will welcome his here at St. Justins.
Please pray for Neil and the other Deacons as they begin
their work in the Melbourne Church.
Anointing Service:

In the Down-under Room of the Parish Centre
All are invited to come along to this Service.
If you need transport please ring 9561 8891 and we will organize it.
Donations of Finger Food for the lunch to follow the service is
needed. If you can assist please bring your food to the Parish
Centre on the morning of the 20th Nov before 11am. Thanks.
FROM THE PASTOR
Holidays are over and back to work.
The Fair is the major event on our calendar.
Thank you to all who have assisted in the preparation
and the work before and on the Day.
Diaconate Ordinations: 3 men will be ordained as Deacons
in the Church of Melbourne on Saturday 15th November.
Congratulations and welcome to the clergy of the Diocese.
The Diaconate is a very special vocation open to men
who wish to serve the Church.
Their ordinations is a special blessing for all of us.
Deacons are ordained to Read the Gospel and Preach.
They also are able to celebrate Baptisms and Marriages .
They work with Priests in many other ways as well.
Their ministry has a long history in the Catholic Church.
We will be talking with Neil to work our just what he wishes to do
and all the details will be passed on to the Parish
We are also awaiting the appointment of
2 New Bishops
for the Melbourne Church.
Please pray for them as they await their ordination
to the fullness of the Priesthood.
We should know who they are in the next few Days.
We wish them every blessing in their new role in the Church.
They each will have the care of one of the 4 Regions in Melbourne.
