(2 CEUs)
Cremation litigation is at an all-time high and very costly, not to mention the harm to your good name and
reputation. A funeral director for over forty years and for thirty four years as a crematory manager, he
performed or assisted in over 10,000 cremations. Mike will explain how to make your funeral home and
crematory operate at its maximum potential when dealing with cremation. He will lay out the best policies
and procedures to keep your company out of a court of law, and will dissect various lawsuits in which he
served as an expert witness to show how an unintentional mistake may end up costing you well into the six
figures.
CFDA will once again collect donations of funds and toys at our Annual Meeting for
Connecticut’s “Operation E.L.F.” (Embracing Lonely Families) Annual Holiday Drive.
Please bring a toy or check with you to make the holidays a little brighter for a child
with a parent/soldier serving away from home.
