Once the auction is closed, items will be charged to the winning bidders’ credit cards. If you did not win an auction item, your credit card imprint will be destroyed at the end of the evening. The auction will be open from 6:30 pm until 8:00 pm. Items may be picked up after 9:00 pm. In order to bid on an item you must leave your name, paddle/ID number, telephone number and bid amount on the appropriate bidding sheet. There are minimum bids for all items as noted on the bid sheet. All bid sheets state dollar increments. Non-conforming bids will not be eligible.
