Danske Bank Corporate Finance internship program for
top-performing students
Are you an ambitious business or economics student who rank among the best of your class? Seize the
opportunity to attend an internship in a rewarding environment at Danske Bank Corporate Finance. We are
offering a total of twenty internship positions per year and during the spring of 2015 we will be recruiting
students to attend internships starting in June, August and October 2015. Apply before the 15th of March to
become a full time, full pay, valued member of our Stockholm team.
Four top-performing students in each period will have the chance to experience a challenging internship, and
a total of five such internship periods will be held per year (two periods in the spring and fall respectively, and
one period during the summer). As such, students have the possibility to choose which period to attend in
order to avoid collisions with course workload, exchange periods abroad or similar. The length of each intern ship program is approximately ten weeks.

During your stay with us, you will get valuable insights into the investment banking industry and experience
the Corporate Finance profession in cross-border M&A and ECM activities. You will be viewed as a full time
employee and get access to key executives in Danske Bank. Your skills in financial analysis, valuation and

increase your chances of a permanent position at Danske Bank Corporate Finance following the internship.
What we are looking for
We believe you have a passion for working in a dynamic and ambitious environment, that you as a person are
persistent, independent and result oriented. You are on the last year of your bachelor degree or first year on
your master’s degree within business or economics. You have a special interest in the financial markets in
general, and Corporate Finance in particular. You possess strong numerical and analytical skills and you are
a great communicator. You perform well under pressure and can manage periods of intense workload.
Of course, your English skills are excellent, you are a quick learner and an avid IT-user.
