For the purposes of this competition, the following transactions are excluded: (a)
receipt(s) recording transactions from non-participating stores; (b) receipt(s)
recording bill and car park payments and prescription medicine, mobile phone
recharge card, lottery ticket and tobacco and tobacco related product purchases;
(c) receipts recording Layby payments except where a Layby is finalised and
payment completed during the Competition Period; (d) receipts recording
redemption of gift cards, store credit, refunds and exchanges; (e) receipts recording
gift card purchases; (f) receipts recording interest free purchase payments; (g) ATM
or EFTPOS receipts; (h) credit card, bank or building society statements; and (i)
receipts that the Promoter has reasonably determined to have been tampered with
or have been obtained fraudulently or are a reprint of the original receipts. The
same purchase receipt can only be submitted once in the competition.
To enter the competition, customers must complete the following during the
Competition Period (as defined below):
1. Spend $50 or more at any participating store within Ocean Keys Shopping
Centre, except for any excluded transaction (“Qualifying Spend”). For clarity, the
Qualifying Spend can be made by multiple purchases at multiple participating
stores, however, all purchases must be made at Ocean Keys Shopping Centre
during the Competition Period;
2. Either visit the promotional stand within Ocean Keys Shopping Centre to access
the competition website via the computer devices available at the stand or visit
www.oceankeys.net.au/competitions to access the online entry form page; and
3. Input the requested details, including their full name, valid email address,
telephone number and the details of their Qualifying Spend.
Each entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are an instant
winner. All valid entries received from winners and non-winners of an instant prize
will be automatically placed in the major prize draw.
Terms and Conditions
1.
Information on ‘How to enter’ and the prizes form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
2.
Entry is only open to Western Australia residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Ocean Keys
Shopping Centre,, tenants, retailers and their staff in the Ocean Keys Shopping
Centre, and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
Immediate family means any of the following: parent, step-parent, spouse, exspouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption)
and grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother,
sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Tenants means lessees, licensees
and in the case of a corporation, their directors.

Competition opens at 9am WA local time on Thursday 6 November 2014 and
closes at 5pm WA local time on Sunday 16 November 2014 (“Competition
Period”).

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and
Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or
other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct
of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's
discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does
not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover
damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
5.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
6.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) instant win
prize entry permitted per Qualifying Spend; (b) only one (1) major prize draw
entry permitted per $50 spend increment in each Qualifying Spend; and (c)
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry
requirements. For the removal of doubt, if an entrant makes a Qualifying Spend
of $180, they will be entitled to only one (1) instant win prize entry and three (3)
entries into the major prize draw (regardless of whether or not they win an
instant prize).
7.
Entrants must retain their original Ocean Keys Shopping Centre purchase
receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of
purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the
Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of
any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of
purchase and that the purchase was made during the Competition Period but
prior to entry.
8.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
9.
The major prize draw will take place at Devotion Digital, Level 1, 168 Oxford
Street, Paddington, NSW 2021 on Monday 17 November 2014 at 12:00pm NSW
local time. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them
in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The major prize
winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. The
names of all winners will be published on www.oceankeys.net.au from Tuesday
18 November 2014.
10. The first valid entry drawn will in the major prize draw will win $10,000 awarded
in the form of a cheque made payable to the major prize draw winner.
11. Instant win prizes:

1 x one (1) pair of Rayban sunglasses of the winner’s choice valued at
up to $225. Prize must be redeemed at Laubman & Pank;

1 x Ladies two tone watch set valued at $200. Prize must be redeemed
at Angus and Coote;

1 x Men’s silver and gold watch valued at $250. Prize must be redeemed
at Angus and Coote;

1 x $200 Live Clothing gift voucher. Prize must be redeemed at Live
Clothing;

9 x gift wrapper astiatic lillies valued at $27.95. Prizes must be redeemed
at Diva Flowers;

1 x Men’s jewellery holder valued at $89.90. Prize must be redeemed at
Prouds;

1 x widen jewellery box valued at $126.90. Prize must be redeemed at
Prouds;

10 x $10 Jamaica Blue gift vouchers. Prizes must be redeemed at
Jamaica Blue;

10 x $50 Kmart gift vouchers. Prizes must be redeemed at Kmart;

33 x $5 Kmart gift vouchers. Prizes must be redeemed at Kmart;

5 x $20 The Bra Bar gift vouchers. Prizes must be redeemed at The Bra
Bar;

1 x Coles Hamper valued at $100. The contents of the hamper will be
determined by the Promoter, in its absolute discretion Prize must be
redeemed at Coles;

200 x free coffee or hot drink valued at up to $2.50. Prizes must be
redeemed at Ocean Keys;

300 x $10 Ocean Keys gift card. Prizes must be redeemed at Ocean
Keys Shopping Centre;

2 x $25 Ocean Keys gift card. Prizes must be redeemed at Ocean Keys
Shopping Centre;

8 x $20 Lowes gift vouchers. Prizes must be redeemed at Lowes; and

1 x The Body Shop hamper valued at $50. The contents of the hamper
will be determined by the Promoter, in its absolute discretion Prize must
be redeemed at The Body Shop.
12. All instant win prizes will be awarded in the form of a voucher and must be
redeemed at the retailer specified above within Ocean Keys Shopping Centre.
All instant win prizes must be claimed by 5:00pm WA local time on Wednesday
17 December 2014. All vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the
issuer, including any specified on the voucher. Any unused portion of any
voucher is forfeited and not redeemable for cash. Any ancillary costs
associated with redemption of any voucher are not included.
13. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the
Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
14. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion,
reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to
the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a
regulatory authority.
15. Total prize pool value is $16,070.45. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are
not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless
otherwise specified.
16. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 19 December 2014 at the
same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a
regulatory authority. Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business
days of the draw.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered
into.
18. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or
voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or
recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without
remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any
outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter.
19. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being
conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical
difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any
entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to
modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
20. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of
any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means
that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will
render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. Nothing in these Terms and
Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the
statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and
Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act
or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia
(“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be
excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter
(including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
21. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-
Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers,
employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of
opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any
way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or
not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third
party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered,
damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter)
due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any
variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax
liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
22. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the
competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties,
including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize
suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is
conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set
out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed
at http://www.ampcapital.com.au/AMPCapitalAU/media/contents/Docume
nts/2014-may-amp-australia-privacy-policy.pdf. In addition to any use that
may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an
indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional,
marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending
electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also
contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or
correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian
Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will
be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless
otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose personal
information to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the
Promoter’s Privacy Policy).
