What do I do if I don’t know my student number?
Please call 13 72 48 and speak with a customer service officer who will be able to assist you.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please bring your event ticket with you, this can be printed or on your mobile phone.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No – only you can use your ticket
What if I no longer have my student ID card?
Please bring valid ID to show staff.
What if I don't pass my studies?
If this happens, you will be entitled to a full refund for any graduation ceremony costs you
have already paid. If you are unsure about your academic eligibility, please contact your
Faculty. Please note refunds may take up to a one week after the ceremony date.
What should I wear?
You will be wearing a formal academic gown over your normal clothes. Many of our
graduands like to use the celebratory occasion to dress smartly. Please, no rubber thongs.
Is there access for people with a disability?
Yes. The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre is set-up for easy access. If you or your
guests have accessibility needs or are hearing impaired please contact Marketing via email
[email protected] and ensure you list details on your registration form.
If I completed my studies earlier this year and didn't attend my graduation can I attend
in December?
Absolutely. If you completed your studies and are eligible to graduate, we invite you to
celebrate at our December 2014 graduations.
Will my Graduation be recorded?
Yes – you can purchase a DVD of the ceremony when you register. Please note DVD's take
up to 8 weeks to produce after graduation event date.
