The Degree recipients must occupy their seats on or before 2.30 Pm as per the seating sequence and must bring the Admit Card with them. 2. All are requested to stand when the guests of Honour enter the hall. 3. All can resume their seats after the Guests of Honour take their seats. 4. No one shall move out from the venue for wash rooms or for drinking water etc. till the dissolution of the convocation proceedings. All the degree recipients are advised to prepare themselves accordingly before entering. 5. The robes must be worn during the entire graduation ceremony. 6. After receiving their degree certificates the graduates should revert back to their alloted seats. 7. Maintain the dress code of the college (No Jeans / T. Shirts / Slippers). 8. Degree recipients to come neatly shaven. 9. Applauding the rank holders and shouting to be avoided during the ceremony. 10. Students and Parents should not bring Cell Phones and Cameras. Incase of failing to obey, they will not be allowed to enter the College premises. 11. Two persons can accompany the degree recipient inside the hall . (Father and Mother). Children are not allowed inside the hall. 12. As the graduation day is a solemn occasion, the degree recipients must maintain proper decorum during the entire graduation ceremony. 13. At the close of the Graduation all are requested to remain standing while the national anthem is sung and remain silent till the Guests of Honour leave the hall. 14.
