Prizegiving nearly didn’t happen. A major power cut on
Monday prevented us from printing certificates, and
compiling citations, reading lists and speeches! Special

wonderful Principal’s secretary, Mrs Alexander, who
worked under extreme pressure to save the day.

2014 Yearbook
Friday 14 November
Please don’t forget to order your copy of the 2014
Yearbook as we will only have limited supplies. $20
per copy. This is a wonderful, colourful record of our
year. There are always a large number of photos,
including the standard class and sports photos.
The Library will be closed on Fri 14 November so
there will be nowhere for students to study at school
that day.
As this is the day that there are no NCEA exams,
there is no need for senior students to be at school.
