Home Care who took such good care of Papa, and took the time
to have visits with him, he loved all the stories. We appreciate
all the donations to the Diabetes Association as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Product Specialist you will be responsible to respond to the needs of the clients within your area
of expertise. This position is designed to provide lending expertise to our clients in the agriculture,
agribusiness or small business industry. With an excellent knowledge of our products, the current
market conditions and our clients’ situation, you will be able to add value to our clients by matching
their demands with the appropriate products. With this position comes the responsibility to complete
due diligence as it relates to credit risk, ensure all documentation is correctly prepared and
processed, and commitments from the clients are clearly outlined.
In addition to helping our clients you will be taking an active role in identifying potential lending
opportunities in your region, and providing information to our Innovation and Product Development
department for future opportunities.
As teamwork is very important in our organization, you will be expected to collaborate with the
Delivery Team members, coaching and sharing your knowledge in your area of expertise and assisting
where necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Level I: Requires a College Diploma and 3 years’ experience or a university degree and 2 years’
experience in insurance, lending or financial services.
Level II: Requires a College Diploma and 4 years of proven related experience or a university degree
and 2 years of proven related experience.
Knowledge or background in agriculture, agribusiness or the small business industry is considered an
asset.
For those not meeting the minimum education, additional related work experience in sales or
business development may be considered as equivalencies. This position may also be considered as
a developmental opportunity.
