Support – Backup - SLA

Tech-Support and Sales provided during working hrs ( 09:00AM-18:00PM) +3GMT. Server
technicians are 24x7 on the spot. SLA for 24 hrs maximum downtime in case of server failure.
We replace the hardware that failed within 24hrs max and we restore your site from a backup.

We will fix - replace the server and reload your site from a yesterday backup, within 24hrs, or
offer a free whole month of web hosting for every extra 12 hrs your site is down. Time starts
counting from the minute we receive a ticket. Average bare metal restore is estimated
between 6- 24 hrs max.

* Web design services are offered with selected plans and with a small yearly charge

14 days trial period. Services are non-refundable once the plan is tested and accepted.
