There are simply not enough homes for people to live in right across the country and Harlow and East Herts are no exceptions. In fact there is a huge shortage of homes locally and the Government requires local authorities to plan for how they can address this crisis. The Gilston Park Estate site is within East Herts District Council with a small part in Harlow District Council, crossing the River Stort.
