Hampshire’s first purpose-built Health and Well-Being campus has been designed by
expert and award-winning architects Penoyre & Prasad, and is to be located at Oak Park,
Havant. We are keen to share with you our plans for the proposed nursing home, extra
care accommodation and supported living apartments.
In line with Hampshire County Council’s ‘Ageing Well’ strategy, the entire campus will
offer a new approach to the provision of desirable accommodation for over 55s, with help
and support available at various levels dependent upon need. All residents and visitors
will benefit from a flexible central area designed for the use of the whole community, to
include shops, cafes, exercise areas, art and craft workshops and office space for staff.
All members of the local community are invited to pop in without making an appointment
and see our plans and discuss them with us and our colleagues from the organisations
who will be delivering housing management, care and support services:

By Rail:
Havant Station is 150 metres from the Church and is served by mainline routes from
Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton and London Victoria / Waterloo.
By Bus:
Havant Bus Station is 100 metres from the Church in Elm Lane.
By Road:
Havant United Reformed Church is on the corner of North Street and Elm Lane in the
centre of Havant.
