Homes up to 75 years of age are eligible.
Running Financial Responsibility can lower a quote and won’t increase the premium or deny the insured coverage!
Homes over 30 years require a 4 point inspection showing that the plumbing, HVAC and electric have been updated in the past 15
years. Electrical updates require that circuit breakers and panels have been replaced and plumbing updates require that all plumbing
under the kitchen and bathroom sinks, toilets and hot water heater have been replaced. Asphalt or composition shingle roofs should
be replaced within the last 20 years.
Screen Enclosure endorsement provides coverage for the mesh screen as well as the aluminum frame, and is included at $20k value if
you add the Gold Reserve.
Proof of Updates Credit: 10% credit for homes 15 years and older if proof that the roof has been replaced within the past 5 years is
provided. Acceptable proof is a 4 pt inspection, receipts, contractor’s work order, or copy of permit.
Senior/Retiree Discount- Applicant is 55 and retired, or 60+ years of age.
Stand-alone Hip roof credit is available without providing the Wind Loss Mitigation Form.

Vacant homes are eligible under this program with the Consent to Rate form. 25% of the premium will be fully earned.
Coverage for the dwelling is ACV. A cost estimator with a depreciation factor should be used to determine Coverage A. The estimated
value determined by the cost estimator must meet our minimum coverage A of $100,000.
Vandalism and Malicious Mischief, Personal Liability, Screened Enclosure and Contents coverage are optional.
Homes of any age are eligible as long as they are maintained and in good condition. Coverage A up to $500k is available.
Homes with open foundation may be written on our DP1 program or our DP3 program with a premium surcharge.
No 4 point inspection required on any home.

We will accept up to 5 rentals per insured whether in the name of an individual or LLC. No more than 2 rentals on any one street to
avoid concentration of risk concerns.
No age restriction on homes. Can be written for a rental or primary residence.
Replacement Cost on a dwelling and the addition of the Limited Water Damage Endorsement is available for homes over 30 years of
age with proof of updates to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC in the past 15 years. Acceptable proof of updates includes a 4pt inspection
and/or receipts.

Flood insurance is available on any American Integrity policy or as a standalone policy through our partner Wright Flood.
Upload documents directly to the policy on our Agent System. It is no longer necessary to e-mail documents to

Ineligible dog list: Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Police Training attack dogs or any mixed breed that includes Pit Bull,
Wolf, or Wolf Hybrid and dogs that either have bitten or have a biting tendency.
Modular home construction may be written on all lines except manufactured homes and DCA sticker required.
Homes on the historical registry not eligible.
LLC –The only acceptable policy for a home that is owned by an LLC is a DP1 or DP3 with liability excluded.
Combination frame and masonry construction is rated as frame when the home is over 33% frame.
