Children’s Christmas Musical The WPHC Children’s Choir will present “The Night Shift Before Christmas” on Sunday morning, December 21. This musical is a helpful reminder to us all of the “good news of great joy” that was first announced to the night-shift of shepherds on that starry, starry night! Don’t miss it! Announcements Music and Multimedia Ministry Anyone interested in participating in the choir or any aspect of Music Ministry is asked to contact Pastor Leah Meads. Also, we are currently in need of additional computer operators for our multimedia presentation. If you are interested please contact Pastor Leah or Laurie Severt. Pastor Leah will be available at the Welcome Center at the end of each service today for anyone who would like to speak with her. 2015 Mission Trip Sunday evening, November 16, there will be a meeting for everyone interested in the 2015 Mission project in Belize. WPHC will be building a church. Information will be given concerning a date for the trip and a cost estimate. K-Grade 5 Students Join us each Sunday night at 6:00 p.m. for a new ministry for elementary-age children entitled 252 (Luke 2:52, “Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.”) This ministry will involve a monthly emphasis on spiritual growth and is packed with upbeat music, games and small group fun. The month of November will focus on “gratitude.” See you in the lower level for 252. Bible Quiz Teams Congratulations to our Bible Quizzers for competing last Saturday in their first quiz meet for the season! The Bible Quiz teams meet during 9:15 Sunday School and are coached by Daniel & Jessica Roberts and David & Shanda Poston. FMI contact Pastor Charles. Angel Tree This Christmas consider sponsoring an Angel from our Angel Tree. We are in the process of collecting our Angels. Water Baptism for Children A class for water baptism candidates will be held in the lower level on Sunday, December 7 at 6:00 p.m. All children interested in being baptized are encouraged to attend. FMI see Pastor Charles. New Member Class New Member Class is open to everyone who has accepted Christ as their personal Savior. This class is the first step to becoming a member of the WPHC family. New Member class will meet this evening at 5:00 p.m. in the Conference Room. JOY Bible Study JOY Bible Study will meet this week on Tuesday, November 18 at 10:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone is welcome to come for this time of worship and fellowship. C.A.R.E. Ministry The “R” team will meet Tuesday, November 18 at 6:15 p.m. C.A.R.E. is calling, praying, visiting and writing cards. A free meal is served at 6:15 followed by ministry from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. If you are interested in becoming involved in this ministry, please contact Pastor Gray Williams. Celebrate Recovery Join us for CR on Thursday from 6:00—8:30 p.m. There will be a free meal followed by praise music, testimonials, and small groups. Evening Of Praise Sunday evening, November 23, you are invited to join the WPHC choir, the adult praise team and the youth praise team for an evening of praise. Children’s Coats For The Homeless Over the next few weeks, we will be collecting Church new or gently used coats, blankets, takes place hats, scarves and gloves for the home- each week at less of Caldwell County.
