Pls refer below our feedback,
1. Minimum duration of 200 hours: We have few courses which are aligned to job market and it’s
for 120 hours only. Shorter course to be outside the scope of defining the employability.
2. Increase of at least 10% in remuneration: Increase in the remuneration is depending on the
Employer assessment duration (during March of every year). So it’s not feasible for Training
provider to demand 10% increase from the Employer to start with.
3. Qualification of NSQF level 5 and above: Consider for level 3 & 4 courses.
4. Training cost: Electronics Manufacturing related job role Training needs huge investment on the
Equipment. Training cost for Electronics Manufacturing job role should be increased to minimum
Rs.40 /hour to encourage Training for Electronics Manufacturing companies
5. Employment: Electronics Sector is 90% unorganized and it’s difficult for Training provider to
employ the Candidates ensuring minimum wages. This needs to be enforced by Govt.
