OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
VOLUNTEER - MINI MISSION TRIP!
Students / Parents / ANY
PARISHIONERS ages 13 and above
We are organizing a group of 20 people to go over
to the cities to work the Operation Christmas Child
Distribution Center on Wednesday, November
26th. Carloads will need to be worked out with
friends and family. Patty Gerber will help to
coordinate this for anyone wanting to help.
The shift will run from 9am-1pm. Upon arriving at
the center, everyone will receive a free t-shirt and
training. We will work sorting shoeboxes, verifying
that nothing improper has been packed, labeling
boxes for gender, taping them up and then boxing
them for shipment. Hundreds of workers will be
assisting at this time. Thousands of volunteers will
work this center, which is only
1 of many, and close to a
million boxes will be shipped
out from this center alone.
RSVP online today,
or contact Patty directly
if interested in helping!
