• ENTSO-E publicerade sin version den 1 april – ett år efter att uppdraget mottogs.

• ACER har bett intressenter inkomma med skriftliga kommentarer senast 29 april.

ER –sammanfattning av innehåll
• Clear and objective minimum requirements for Emergency, Blackout or Restoration States.
• The aim is to achieve, maintain and restore a satisfactory level of Operational Security of the
interconnected Transmission Systems in real time, to support the efficient functioning of the
European Internal Electricity Market (IEM), and to allow the integration of electrical Renewable
Energy Sources.
• State the emergency and restoration principles in terms of technical means, considering
compatible market solutions and as such provides support to maintain and restore the security of
supply.

MS har därefter skickat in kommentarer.
• Nästa cross-bordermöte äger rum den 29
april. Synpunkter på alla tre anslutningskoder
välkomnas.
• Det är oklart om det blir riktlinjer eller
nätkoder, och eventuellt slås ihop.

Planering OS, OPS och LFC&R
• OS, OPS och LFC&R (samt ER?) kommer eventuellt att slås ihop till en nätkod/riktlinje.
• Fram slutet av juni pågår ett trilateralt arbete (EC, ENTSO-E och ACER) för att gemensamt komma
så långt som det är möjligt innan kommitologin.
• Förhoppning om att detta arbete ska säkerställa att det blir en nätkod och inte en riktlinje.
• Regional Security Coordination är en fråga där ACER och ENTSO-E står långt ifrån varandra.
• Uppdateringar av text fram till slutet av juni.
• Kommitologi och översättning till oktober, röstning november/december.
