Avvikelserna kommer av att ändring nummer 7-A till
ICAO Doc 4444 förfaranden för flygtrafiktjänst och
flygledningstjänst (PANS-ATM) inte är inarbetad.
Differences regarding that amendment number 7-A to
ICAO Doc 4444 Procedures for Air Navigation
Services – Air Traffic Management (PANS-ATM) are
not implemented.
Ändringen beslutades av ICAO den 6 juni 2016. ICAO
inför ändringen den 10 november 2016. Ändringen
kommer att träda i kraft när den inarbetats i EU-rätten.
ICAO approved the amendment on 6 June 2016. The
amendment is applicable on 10 November 2016. The
amendment will enter into force when implemented in
EU-legislation.

New or changed text in Amendment 7-A to the Doc 4444 (PANS-ATM) related to items below
are not implemented.
New text – Horizontal speed control instructions shall remain in effect unless explicitly
cancelled or amended by the controller.
New text – The flight crew shall comply with published SID and STAR speed restrictions unless
the restrictions are explicitly cancelled or amended by the controller.

New text – Air traffic services units shall also forward special air-reports by data link
communications to the centres for the operation of aeronautical fixed service Internet-based
services.
New text – Performance-based longitudinal separation minima based on distance using

New text – Separation of departing aircraft from arriving aircraft that are following an area
navigation (RNAV) or required navigation performance (RNP) route.
