All Metz mecalight models are characterised by a wide beam angle of
65 degrees.

worthwhile: the narrower the angle, the smaller the evenly lit
surface. All Metz mecalight models therefore have a wide beam
angle of 65 degrees thanks to high-quality LEDs, which provides
particularly even and harmonious illumination in wide angle
shots.

“Wireless” function.
The Metz mecalight LED-960 DL and 960
BC video lights have an integrated wireless function. This allows the brightness
and/or colour temperature* to be set and
adjusted wirelessly from light to light.
Up to 15 independent channels can be
set, giving you great scope for creative
lighting. If a change is made to one
particular light, it automatically becomes
the sender and changes all other lights
with the same channel settings, which
then automatically become receivers. In
practice, this means that the lights can be
used flexibly and practically.

Flexible expandability.

If a higher light output is
required, Metz mecalight video
lights can be flexibly expanded. Devices from the same
family can be plugged together
modularly and attached to the
optional mounting rail.
The mecalight Flex Arm FH-100
is particularly suited to video
productions with creative
lighting control. The FH-100
is bendable, which allows the
mecalight LED video lights to
be optimally positioned. This
is also ideal for macro shots
as it allows the subject to be
particularly well lit from different
angles.

The mecalight LED-960 DL produces
illuminance of up to 960 Lux. If required,
other LED-960 lights can be attached
modularly and therefore increase the
luminous efficacy – completely according to your individual requirements.
The mecalight LED-960 BC, which stands
for bi-colour, provides 840 Lux and also
offers continuous settings for colour
temperature – for optimal adjustment to
artificial light or daylight.
Another technological highlight from
the 960 series is the integrated wireless
function, which can be used to easily
set and adjust brightness and colour
temperature from light to light.
