Sveriges Kristianstad Grand Prix 60 år / Itenerary Tour de Scania
Friday, July 17
Day one TdS 375 km / 233 miles
9.00 am the tour leaves Örenäs Slott for the north west part of Skåne.
From the most populated part of the county Malmö-Lund-Landskrona-Helsingborg we go
north towards the town of Båstad.
11.00 am Coffee at Flickorna Lundgren på Skäret.
Having reached Båstad we now drive east for Norra Vram where the first Swedish summer
GP was held in 1933.
1.00 pm lunch at Norra Vram Prästgård, the former residence of local priests, for a lunch
break including a lecture on the old race by our expert Sten Sundström.
2.30 pm departing driving further east
4.30 pm coffee stop
6.30 pm arrival at Bäckaskog Slott
8.00 pm dinner attended by Ewy Rosqvist our guest of honour.
Saturday, July 18
Day 2 TdS approx: 107 km / 66 miles
9.30 am departing Bäckaskog Slott (via Kristianstad?) for Råbelöv Slott.
11.00 am Concours de Course opens at Råbelöv Castle.
11.15 am Drivers briefing for the regularity plus guided tour around the old track on board a
1954 coach.
12.30 pm lunch
During the day the vehicles aswell as the survivors from the fifties will be presented;
Mercedes drivers Ewy Rosqvist and Bengt Mårtensson to name our legends.
Attendents are asked to vote for the vehicle they feel most for, aswell as the one that
sounds best to their ears.
A group of selected judges will judge the cars on the basis of presentation of originality. 1st,
2nd & 3rd in this last category will be awarded just like in the Regularity classification.
2.30 pm Price ceremony of Votr popular & Prix Sonic
3.00 pm Regularité de Course de Råbelöv. Two laps over the old road circuit.
4.30 pm Price ceremony of Voiture de Course and Régularité de course de Råbelöv.
5.00 pm celebration at Råbelöv 2015 closure.
6.15 pm arrival at Bäckaskog Slott
8.00 pm Dinner attended by Bengt Mårtensson and Ewy Rosqvist followed by live swing
music at Bäckaskog.
Sunday, July 19
9.30 am Departure for the south east part of the county.
11.00 am Coffee stop at Mandelmanns Trädgårdar. Family owned eccentric place for
tranquility.
1.00 pm lunch break at Hammenhög Gästis. Timeless gem of an Inn serving us local version
of ovenbaked omelette.
2.15 pm Heading West
4.00 pm Coffee at the Marsvinsholm Castle
6.30 pm Back at Örenäs Slott
8.00 pm Dinner
