You will be expected to:     Lead one or more key client accounts, providing strategic direction and guidance at both a relationship and project level Identify research opportunities and develop a range of relationships with current clients, potential clients and partners Develop successful tender proposals and present proposals where invited Develop research tools, systems and practices, either individually or as part of a team         Manage research contracts and contribute to the successful and professional delivery of contracts managed by others Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget paying specific attention to the commerciality of all projects Manage members of staff and conduct regular supervision and reviews Manage relationships with partners, associates and other contractors Work collaboratively with and support other members of staff and associates Contribute to Optimisa’s development in its core business areas Show a commitment to quality in all areas of work Undertake any other associated duties which may, from time to time, be necessary The role description will be reviewed in conjunction with the employee at a minimum annually and in line with business developments.
