04.11.14 at CK College of Engineering & technology campus and 06.11.14 at Town Hall, Cuddalore -1.
Participation of your esteemed institution is earnestly solicited. please find below the event

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SOLO SINGING:
 Selection will be done by the judges nominated for the competition.
 Each participant should come trained for any 3 songs (only decent songs) Songs once sung in
any round should not be repeated.
 The participants will have the following rounds:
1st Round – Preliminary
2nd Round – Semifinal (If selected in preliminary)
3rd Round – Final (If selected in semifinal)
 Participants should not use cell phones or song lyric papers.
 Orchestration will be done by the CK School orchestra for finals only.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE INSTRUMENTAL:
 Any type of instruments can be used.
 Instruments should be brought by the participant.
 Instrumental piece can be chosen by the participants themselves.
 Participants should not use any supported material E.g. Memory card, Tracks, Pen drive etc. if
found they will be disqualified.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SOLO & GROUP DANCE:
 AGE LIMIT: level -III &level -IV students only
 Participants should come in full dance dress (Very decent dressing is requested) with makeup.
 CD’s of their song should be brought by the participants.
 Each participant should come trained for 2 songs.
 Songs selected for group dance should be ethical.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ORCHESTRA:
 Minimum two singers to be there and maximum 8(along with the musicians) with the limit of 17
years.
 Instruments should be brought by the participants themselves.
 Songs can be chosen by the participants themselves & the same song should not be repeated for
the consequent rounds
OTHER GENERAL RULES:
 Participants should come in their school uniform only .
 There will be a pre selection before the competition. The transportation and food should be
managed by the participants themselves.
 Proof for age to be attached with attestation of the head of the institution or identity card of
current year.
 The selection is entirely left to the decisions of the judges nominated by us.
 The participants can be accompanied only by a guardian / teacher or parent.
 Entrance fees Rs.150/- for each participant.(exempted for special children)
 Entrance Fees Rs.500/- for Group Dance per team
 Registration can be done in the school between 29th October to 4th November 2014 in the School.
 All the participants must assemble before 8.30 am on 4th November 2014 in CK college of
Engineering & Technology Campus – Chellankuppam ,Cuddalore .
