We have also drawn from our team member’s almost decade long experience in this field to fabricate some of the components as per our own design. Our process first filters and homogenizes the Furnace Oil to remove impurities, neutralize the sludge and blend the lighter and heavier factions into a uniform consistency. It next infuses Furnace Oil with <5 micron sized water droplets through a 3-stage process creating a stable emulsion that doesn't separate even after centrifuging at 4000 rpm and is thermodynamically stable till 90 degrees centigrade. The finished product undergoes several QC tests to ensure the uniformity of droplet sizes and their dispersion and stability. EMULSIFIED H.F.O COMBUSTION High flame temperatures flash the embedded water droplets into steam, increasing by 1700 times in volume. Those micro-explosions rupture the Fuel droplets into a 10-20 micron sized mist, with 10+ times more surface area and thereby insure complete combustion. This is called Secondary Atomization. Secondary Atomization release traces of Hydrogen, which bond with Carbon to, create a highly combustible Water Gas / SynGas. Radically reduces Oxide formation, Burning Losses and improves Refractory Lifespan. ECOLOGICAL ADVANTAGES Emulsified H.F.O Combustion uses almost 15%-20% less Oxygen than normal Fuel in the same Furnace or Boiler. This due to the complete combustion of fuel and lower requirement of excess air, due to which Emulsified H.F.O also produces almost 20% less waste-heat. Emulsified H.F.O Combustion has a profound effect on flue gases and releases upto 30% less NOx and 20% less particulate matter which is comparable with Diesel Combustion.
