If you have any concerns / complaints do not
hesitate to contact the Board, we are there for
you. Either via email [email protected]
or drop a letter in the mailbox outside the
Platåns Cooperative Housing office.
WHEN RENOVATING
It is recommended that you contact the
Platån’s housing cooperative office, which can
assist with tips and knowledge of our
properties. In some cases it also requires that
you turn in a building permit before
beginning.
BICYCLES
We want to remind you that when the snow arrives all the bicycles has to be removed from
the bike rack / the outside area so that we can
put sand and plow away the snow! You who
have bicycles in the bicycle storage room,
please look over them and see if there are any
that you don’t want to keep. We have limited
space and are all grateful to get our bicycle in
the storage. For everyone's comfort, remove /
discard what you no longer use.

AT THE ENTRANCE
Do not forget to look at our digital information
boards where we publish information
regularly. Please also note if urgent messages
also show up there. By pressing the navigation
buttons at the bottom of the board you can
also get more information and learn at your
pace.
BURGLARY
Unfortunately we had a burglary in some of our
basements; those affected have been informed
about this. But we can all pull
together to prevent this, always ensure that
the doors to the basements are closed, feel one
extra time to ensure the door is closed. Also
make sure that the entrance doors after 21:00
must be closed and locked. Obviously you cannot keep valuable things in the storage space.
The Board is working actively to
increase security around Platån and will
shortly come with more information.
THE GARBAGE,
EVERYONES RESPONSIBILITY
It is our common responsibility to ensure that
the garbage ends up in the right vessel and that
we keep it clean and tidy around us. It is absolutely forbidden to put garbage on the side of
the vessels. It applies to all types of waste that
we can throw at Platån. If it is a full vessel or
container, then it’s full.

See attached document. Please put it on the inside of your door as an additional reminder.

LAUNDRY ROOMS ARE READY
VENTILATION WINDOW
Now all the laundry rooms are renovated. They
will last longer if we as always clean after us;
clean the filter on the dryer and drying cabinet.
We also clean benches and floors after us of
course. If you missed the review on how the
machines work instructions are in the laundry
room, or contact the Platån’s housing cooperative office for help.
Remember to have your ventilation window
open even when it's getting colder outside in
order to get the proper circulation in your
apartment. The thin fiber filter must be
replaced periodically, the new filters are
available at the Platån’s housing cooperative
office on weekdays from 7:00 to 16:00, if
you’re not able to pick them up, you can call or
email and the janitors will hang a bag with filters on your door handle. Note! The plastic
clips that hold the filters in place, keep them,
they are expensive so be careful with them.
RESERVATIONS OF
LAUNDRY ROOMS / SAUNA
Bookings can be made in several ways:
- Reservation via the digital information boards
or booking board outside the laundry room or
at the property office, then you need to have
your
booking
tag.
- Through the website, www.brfplatan.se, you
need to login, details that you get if you send
an email to [email protected] write your
name, address and apartment number.
- Download the app on your cellphone (iPhone
and Android) Search for: Vision Mobile.
Instructions to get started on the
homepage, click on "reserve laundry".
OUR TREES
COLD RADIATORS
As everyone has noticed, we have been forced
to remove almost all of our Rosenhagtorns
trees. The reason for this is that the trees have
had a disease that will slowly but surely kill
them. We have waited as long as possible, but
now an expert been here and condemned all of
our Rosenhagtorns tree except for two, these
two are fairly newly planted. Also on
Ribbingsväg you can see that the trees
probably have the same disease.
If your element does not become warm / hot
or becomes unevenly warm, it may need to be
ventilated, this you should NEVER do on your
own, please contact the janitors so they can
help you. Also, check your radiators regularly
so that they do not
leak. If they stand and
leak there could be
major damages and it
is the apartment owner's responsibility to
look after this.

FAMILY SUPPORT
IN SOLLENTUNA COMMUNE
”PLATÅDAGEN 2015”
On August 29th, we once again enjoyed a
successful “Platådag” in fine weather. We had
a record number of visitors who had the
opportunity to take part in a quiz for adults and
children, pony rides and many businesses advertising its services in different ways and offered delicacies to eat and prizes for our competitions. New this year was waffle on a stick,
which became a success. The fire department
unfortunately had an emergency and could not
attend.
Family support is available to you to support
and assist a person who cannot manage daily
life on their own, depending on age, illness or
disability. Do you need assistance, please

Ph: 08-579 210 00.
”CAFÉ PLATÅN”
A place to hang out and have a cup of coffee.
Welcome to the cooperative housing facility on
Flintlåsvägen, Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. to 3:00
p.m. Coffee is in place and
is free of charge, if you
want to have buns/cookies bring it with you!

for us to carry out snow clearing / gritting!
