Commercial. $75,000 SPONSOR – PLATINUM Platinum will all the above but will have 4’x4’ or 4’x5’ size AD on both vehicles, a 1 min. commercial, a full booth and a recognition on a larger trophy cup. ALL SPONSORS ARE ALLOWED TO BRING ONE GUEST TO THE PRIVATE PARTY. THIS AGREEMENT will be made valid and binding between the two parties and hereby agrees to the following statements in writing within the binding contract. 2. Sponsors are responsible for all products and to provide their own artwork unless requested to have the artwork department create the art for them for a small fee depending on the time and size. 3. All booth supplies, equipment, material, products and all other miscellaneous products will be the responsibility of the sponsors and their employees. There will be an extra charge of $900.00 for the cost added electricity outsource. Basic and bronze sponsors will be charged $900.00 for electric to their booth. All Sponsors may provide their own small electric generators up to 5000 watts unless on a small trailer. Sponsors may share their electric up to three other sponsors max as long as it does interfere with others. 4. Any Damages caused by the Sponsors and their employees will be responsible and liable for all damages. Sponsors and their employees will not hold The Adventures of Joe Rayborne responsible for any damages caused. 5. All other expenses such as logging, travel, products, promotional, audio/visual/media and presentational layout will be the responsibilities of the sponsors. Unless request, The Adventures of Joe Rayborne will provide all of the above for a suitable package price for the sponsors. There is a mandatory 15 min. max presentation 5 min. minimum for the sponsors to present their products on stage before the show. Sponsors are require to show up for the events 6. Sponsor will provide the names of all their employees that will be representing their company. 7. Cancellation of the event booths, Sponsorship and advertising must be written by request via email or letter within 72 hour of any set date time and The Adventures of Joe Rayborne will not be responsible for any of the delay. 8. All payment must be payable to The Adventures of Joe Rayborne by cash, US bank check, credit card (Visa, MC, Discover, AM EX), or bank wire transfer. a) Sponsor will be responsible for all other local tax requirements b) Sponsor will pay $900 for each additional Electrical outage c) The Adventures of Joe Rayborne will provide the AUDIO/VISUAL/MEDIA layout for a package price. d) There will be an extra charge for an add-on booth. e) Sponsors financial obligation to The Adventures of Joe Rayborne shall not be effected by the non-payments or delayed payment of fees. f) Deposits of any payments can be wired to the following bank and sponsor in addition to the amount due to The Adventures of Joe Rayborne must pay the wire transfer fee. g) Pricing fees may be subjected to change at any time.
