It will delve into the reforms needed in order to expand resources and build more developments of this nature. Hear from developers, agencies and finance providers on how we can all better work together to achieve the goal of building better and more senior housing in New York State. 12:15pm – Session II This session will focus on providing necessary services to seniors to faciliate aging-in-place for coming generations. Focus will be on non-licenses facilities and how best to structure developments in order to ensure the needs of an aging population are being met. Hear from service providers, other states and leading organizations that help advocate for services for this population.
