Kindly take note that the MDA Journal Log in section has now been upgraded into Member Log in section & Event Registration for
Member.
Your existing ID and password are no longer valid. For registered MDA Journal users your email addresses will be designated as your IDs and the assigned
passwords can be retrieved by clicking on "Forgot Password" button.
The newly assigned ID and password will be sent to your email address which registered with MDA. You can then change your password once you log in,
under the "Change Password and Update Account Details" section. In the log in section you may register for the upcoming event under
“Conference and Online Payment” and at the same time access the e-journal. Please contact the MDA Secretariat if you encounter any log-in

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE & CERTIFICATE COLLECTION
1) This Congress has been accredited a maximum of 20 CPD Points (Scientific) under category A1, 4 CPD Points (Half day workshop),
6 CPD Points (Full day workshop).
2) Name Tag collection:

Time : 7.30am-12.00pm
Venue : Registration Counter, Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre
To avoid any long queuing at registration counter, delegates are strongly encouraged to print and bring along your bar coded receipt that was
sent via email or post earlier, on the day you check in/scan-in to receive your bar-coded name tag which will subsequently be used for scanning of
attendance.
3) Self-check in is also available in the lecture halls. You may download and print your own name tag before the event date, and scan in your attendance
at the counters inside the lecture halls. Lanyards, name tag pouches and conference bags can be collected later, at the MDA booth in the exhibition hall.
4) Workshop Participants:
There is no scan-in attendance at workshop venue. However, delegates need to be signed in for their attendance at workshop venue registration’s
counter and CPD points will be rewarded later on.
5) Delegates are required to scan-in for each day that they attend for CPD points entitlement as listed below:

Please be informed that registration is not transferable to another person.
Registration will only be valid when payment is received in full by the Malaysian Dental Association.
Preferential rates of registration for student are applicable to UNDERGRADUATES ONLY.
Delegates who wish to attend hands-on workshop must register for the main convention.
All oral and poster presenters must register for the main convention upon submission of abstract.
For on-site registration, ONLY credit card and cash in Ringgit Malaysia will be accepted.
Online registration will be closed on 20th January 2015.
The organizing committee reserves the right to change or cancel the programme without prior notice if circumstances dictate.
