The Greatest Gift Women’s Advent Study Join us as we retrace
the epic pageantry of mankind from Genesis to God’s greatest
gift - His Son! This study will be offered on Mondays at
7:00 p.m., beginning December 1 and on Tuesdays at 11:30 a.m.,

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
Breakfast with Santa Come one, come all! This Christmas
season, kids have a unique opportunity to have Breakfast with
Santa. Come to the Wingate Hotel on Hamilton Blvd. on
Saturday, December 6 between 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. The ticket for
admission is one “new” unwrapped toy per family to donate to
Twice Blessed. Please bring your camera for pictures with Santa.
Continental breakfast will be provided. We will also have special
appearances from the movie “Frozen”. Sign up on the pew

The Polar Express The Children’s Ministry will host a showing of
this Christmas Classic, for kids of all ages and their families on
Friday, December 12, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Wescosville
Campus. Come dressed in your pajamas and enjoy the film and

Birthday Party Celebrating Jesus AWANA will host a Birthday
Party for Jesus on Wednesday, December 17 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
at the Wescosville Campus. All kids are welcome to come and
enjoy the fun activities, birthday cake and special reading of
“A Journey to Christmas” by author, Judy Rotkowski. Sign up on

YOUTH MINISTRY
Collide Wednesday, November 19, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Worship Sunday, November 23 at 9:15 a.m., the youth will be
upstairs in the Sanctuary to Worship with the congregation. The
Youth Ministry will reserve the section on the left of the
Sanctuary so the youth have the opportunity to sit together, but
we welcome youth to sit with their families as well.

Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Filled shoeboxes are being
collected this weekend before 11:00 a.m. Forgot? Next weekend
is your last chance to bring them in! Please make sure you have
a rubberband around the box (don’t wrap or tape it shut), and
the Boy/Girl label on it with the age marked.
Marriage Enrichment Conference Making good marriages
better. Join us on the weekend of November 21-23. Assistance
available in finding offsite childcare. Register on-line thru the
Bethany website. The $50 registration fee can be paid on-line
until Wednesday, November 19. You may also sign up on the
pew sheet if you are interested in attending the conference.
Thanksgiving Eve Service Wednesday, November 26 at
7:00 p.m. Thanksgiving is the biggest travel holiday of the year!
If your family gathers in the Lehigh Valley, we invite you to
bring them to Worship at Bethany. Give thanks to our God for
His many blessings while the Bethany Chancel Choir and Brass
Ensemble inspires you through music. Communion will be
served at this Worship service.

Disciple I Bible Study This 34-week study covering both the Old
and New Testaments is designed for developing strong Christian
leaders through regular in-depth study of the scriptures. A new

Disciple II Bible Study This 32-week study takes an in-depth
look at the books of Genesis and Exodus, as well as, the Gospel

MISSIONS
Thanksgiving/Christmas Dinners Volunteer to serve dinner to
the needy in Allentown with Everlasting Ministries at New
Bethany E.C. Church. Contact 610-776-4009 to volunteer your
time, to donate food, to donate money or for further
information. Thanksgiving Dinner is Saturday, November 22
and Christmas Dinner is Saturday, December 20.
Allentown Children’s Project We are asking you to please
consider donating food for the needy children in the Allentown
School District who go home for the weekend and have no food
to eat. Please do not put the children’s food in the grocery
cart. We have a table set up in the MPR on the weekend for
this ministry.
Short Term Missions Bible Study Wednesday, November 19 at
7:00 p.m., in the Parsonage. Bring your Bible and join us!
Jamaica Mission Trip We will be going on this mission trip
during the week of March 10-14, 2015. If you are interested in
being involved with this trip, contact Gordon at 267-258-9507 or

Twice Blessed Christmas Party for inner-city children will be
held on Saturday, December 13, from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at
the Caring Place on Hamilton Street in Allentown. We hope to
provide gifts, pictures with Santa, crafts and snacks to almost 300
children. This only happens because of God’s Grace and your
outward generosity. Once again we are asking for your help in
making this a day that will glorify God. Please stop by the table
in the MPR during fellowship time on Saturday evenings or
Sunday mornings in November to see where you can help.

25 North 10th Street, Allentown. We are in great need of

Help feed the hungry in our neighborhood If you attend the
11:00 a.m. Worship service next week, please bring a donation
for the Food Pantry Ministry. Please make sure the expiration
dates are good. We are only in need of Cereal, Pudding & Jello
(4 or 6 packs), Applesauce (plastic jars only) or 4 or 6 packs,
Canned Fruit and Beef Stew.
